The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool - it was absolutely huge and such a lovely place to relax. We tried two of the hotel’s restaurants, which had delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. The evenings at CHICA Lounge were especially lovely, with live music that created such a great vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and the staff were ever so friendly throughout our stay. We also really loved the hotel’s app - it made everything so easy, from requesting extra drinking water and fresh towels to messaging the front desk with any questions. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend it!

On two occasions the housekeeping was not completed and needed to be followed up. Staff very difficult to communicate with due to limited English. The resort and food is outstanding which makes up for the communication issues.

My partner treated me to the stay at the resort for a birthday gift, all the facilities to hand, alongside excellent staff. The only gripe has been the significant price increase from our last visit - European prices not so good. Otherwise great stay.

Stay is extremely cheap, the staff warned us about charging for a lost plastic room card. Suite was bare bones. The absolute cheapest quality utensils. Very poorly equipped kitchen. The couch was cheaper quality than ikea. The shower and washroom are extremely tight. For this price point there’s better options.
