Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Such wonderful people. The breakfast was very diverse satisfying for anyone’s palate. I also felt very safe. There was none of the towel games like Caribbean resorts. There was a lounge chair whenever you wanted one. The resort is close to everything. Highly recommend !!

the hotel was designed for westerners and i wanted the Thailand experience - food was triple price and my cab to hotel was cheaper then from hotel because hotel added a fee to get a cab back to airport. 20% more cost. Never will I recommend this place due to the distrust

Nice. Jazzucci in room was not heated, cold water only. Noisy room above me at 3am. Comfy beds and nice shower. Food and drinks were overpriced
