Whilst located in a convenient location, the complex is looking very dated both in and out. Sadly the cost per night is respective of something better. Noted no hot water in the basin, warm only in the bath but the shower was ok. Breakfast options are the same everyday with very few good choices. This is really a 3star property and pitched at a particular culture which made it even less attractive.

This hotel has been a great place to stay over the last 16 years. But it now needs some attention, yes it a great location for ease of shopping, dining, beach and entertainment but is lacking in other areas. They need to look at the cereal menu at breakfast & add either muesli or granola, also the bacon is always overcooked. The rooms also need some attention, a paint, remove mould & a large bed in their deluxe rooms rather than two singles. Otherwise a great place with lovely staff.

Great experience. Breakfast, hotel food and staff were wonderful. Security guards always a pleasure to have a chat with. Excellent location. Only downside is left wing does not have lift and getting luagge down was a hassle without any considering from staff.

location is the key USP of this property and the rooms in the main hotel are huge and very well appointed, though showing their age now. The pools are excellent and the breakfast is decent, though static with no change.

The shower is in the bathtub. It’s very deep and hard to get in and out. Especially for older people or with minor disabilities. Cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Rooms are quite dated now. Breakfast is poor, heating equipment needs updating as everything is cold. Salad bar fruit and yohurt is in direct sunlight. Not much choice at all if you’re a vegetarian. On the plus side the staff is amazing. The grounds and pools are lovely. Not my first choice anymore
