We travel to the Pensacola area quite a bit and this is the best hotel by far. Our arrival experience was actually fun thanks to the efforts of Bella, Lukey, and Raven! they were a fun team and made us feel special. We had the 'Executive' suite which is a bit pricier, but worth every dollar. The balcony has a spectacular view of the Gulf and the shower in the bath was huge with a large soak tub to boot! I like that the Hotel has two restaurants (one was closed for the Season) and a great Bar where Jackson plies his skills with an artistic flare. We hated to leave, but will be back soon. Do yourself a favor and book the Pensacola Beach Resort.

the room was clean, except for the floor. could have been mopped better--the hotel was very nice--perfect location--loved the tiki bar and the beach--would go back, but in october.. too many things closed in nov. including the salty rose...all in all, we enjoyed the stay.
