I liked the view and the room size. I liked the bed and pillows, very comfortable. I like the parking garage for accessibility and safety. I didn't like the distance I had to walk from elevator to room. The furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on for any period. I didn't like that I had to plug lamps in and had to fix coffee maker to make coffee. I didn't like that I had to call front desk to get wi-fi code, because they failed to tell me at check in. The front desk clerk that checked me in was not very friendly or personable. I didn't like that I had to go back down to front desk to get coffee. I didn't like that thermostat was turned down below 50 degrees when we arrived and it was like a meat locker in the room.

My husband and I took an extended weekend trip for our anniversary and picked Pensacola Beach Resort. We stayed in one of the executive suites, which was so nice. I could watch both the sunrise and sunset from my room balcony. We loved the pool area, the restaurant and of course the private beach area. It was an excellent stay. The staff was top notch!

Wonderful place!

Wonderful place and highly recommend. The pool was elevated and had a great view of the Gulf. When you enter the lobby the view is amazing. The staff were great and the food was very good. We ate there for all three meals over various days and all were good. Room was spacious and clean with great view of the Gulf of America. We also walked to several restaurants for dinner. Location was perfect. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! Beautiful hotel with amazing beach views. The room, pool, lobby and grounds were spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Short walk to many restaurants and shops. The only downside was no microwave in the room for our leftovers. Overall, I highly recommend The Pensacola Beach Resort.
