The beach is beautiful. The room was great. on the third day a person walked thru our door because the attendant gave him our room! He was as shocked as we were! not good customer service.

The hotel needs updating , it’s an old dated place, smell like musky. I have to buy ambient spray. But the towels and the bed sheets were clean. Bed was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and for the price I think was good. The beach view from our room was amazing.

The view of the room was wonderful. The staff was so friendly. We did not have any issues. Our room was clean, no bugs or any thing of such with dirty floors. It was a perfect getaway weekend. We plan to return next year.

always loved Bikini Beach but this time there was no Wi-Fi had to switch rooms at Midnight because of water pipe leak in the celling of the bathroom. met a man with a service dog very small dog told us someone complained because that little dog barked at her daughter, he said staff was ugly to him he was service man, and I didn't think this was nice. Saw dog several times never heard it bark at anything. overall, I still love this place put I hope they do some upgrades before our next stay there. still a great place to stay.

Stay away from this place

The room was so ran down the door wouldn’t close unless you slammed it shut, the battery compartment for the key pad kept falling off the bathroom door would close, in the middle of the night we found cockroaches in the bathroom, the walls had stuff smeared all over them, the fitted frame sheet had big white stains down the side, the room smelled awful when we first walked in. The price for that stay should’ve been closer to $50 than the almost $150 we paid for one night. Just awful and so poorly taken care of.

I really wanted to like this place because we would be beachside, in a cute little hotel. This was not cute. We booked a room with a private balcony and ended up on the bottom floor, which was actually a walk up patio. I liked that we could walk right to the beach, it had a pool with a tiki bar, and was in a great area. Unfortunately, this place was so dirty and gross we had to leave. The room had stains on the ceiling and walls, dirt smelly carpet, moldy ac's and a BABY COCKROACH INFESTATION. The first day we had no luck changing rooms, couldn't walk around with out shoes or watch TV because the wifi and cable wouldn't work. After one night we woke up to about 15 baby cockroaches crawling on the fridge area. This was the last straw, we could not stay here anymore. They did give us a full refund and didn't give us trouble about it. Expedia wouldn't let us use a credit for a new place but they did refund us in about 3 business days. Blessing in disguise because we splurged for the Hyatt and loved it so much! This place could be so much better if it was taken car of better.

BEST PLACE FOR YOUR BEACH FIX

The view is priceless. The staff is amazing. Loved the Tiki bar and the bartender. The rooms are not 4-star, but the payoff is the view and the proximity to the beach. YOU ARE LITERALLY ON THE BEACH. The beach is our priority, so the room is not a problem for us.
