Newly Renovated 2BR 2BA 4th FLOOR @ THE LONG BEACH RESORT!!

2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo on the 4th Floor in Tower 2 at the Long Beach Resort.

RENOVATIONS ARE COMPLETE. This condo turned out to be nicer than we ever thought. Every inch of the condo was gutted and remodeled and every piece of furniture is brand new as of May 2021.

Our vacation rental sleeps 9 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king and additional full over twin size bunkbed area near the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Stayed March 7–15, 2026. The unit itself was fine, but the stay did not match the listing. Advertised amenities including the main lagoon style pool, poolside grill/bar service, and direct beach access were not available. There was ongoing construction (with accompanying loud noises and smells) directly below our balcony and surrounding the one small pool that was open and being shared between at least two towers. None of this was disclosed before booking. We reported the problems immediately and were told no other options were available. After repeated follow-ups, the issue was still not resolved, so we contacted Vrbo, who offered possible resolution options including refunding their fees which they did and stated they were following up with the owner and management. The matter remains unresolved with the owner and the property management co. whom we are seeking a fair partial refund due to the reduced value of the stay.

Everything was wonderful. Great location and very accommodating. The lock on the door needed the batteries replaced, therefore we got locked out. Called and reported the problem and a wonderful gentleman came within 10 min and had it fixed.

Excellent for Families

We chose this condo for our yearly Long Beach Resort stay because of its bunk beds and its reasonable rates. We found it excellent for our family with two little boys. Although it is a 2 bedroom unit, the bunk beds have a small separate area with a dresser that has a door to the larger bedroom with a king. What a great set up for families with small children! We also appreciated the updated, more modern style of the unit. My one suggestion would be that it could use a good deep clean and paint touch up in some areas.We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect !!!

The condo was more than what we were expecting. Upon entering it is a full glass view of the Ocean, Both bedrooms were full views also.The condo had all that we were expecting and more. The only thing that I was missing is the Gas grill, They have charcoal. The condo is located in a perfect area, walmart is a quarter mile away and also the Dollar tree. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Overall nice stay

The location of the condo was great, the cleanliness upon arriving was not good. We called the property manager and they sent cleaning staff to do a re-clean on our first full day. The cleaning staff came fairly quickly and did a great job trying making it right. Everything else was pretty good during our stay. We did learn after renting a golf cart for the week that Long Beach Resort does not allow golf carts on the Property so that was a huge problem and we had to speak with other businesses down the street in order to park the golf cart there. Just something to consider if a golf cart is important on vacation. Pools were good. No long waits for elevators. Overall decent stay.

Beautiful condo

It is a beautiful condo. However, the mattresses need replacing especially in the master BR. The first night was so bad I had to go sleep on the couch. Then the next morning my husband looked under the bed to see if there was a problem with the frame. The main support in the middle of the bed was completely broken and lying on the floor. I have to say the young man who came to fix it was very nice and did an excellent job fixing it. Also, the cable box in the living room did not work. The person who fixed the bed looked at it and couldn’t get it to work either. He said someone would email the cable company. But it was never repaired the whole time we were there. Of course we had to leave early because of the hurricane.

Honest Review

I have been coming to this resort for several years. I love the Long Beach Resort complex. This unit was not what it was cracked up to be. I’m usually try to stay in a nicer updated unit and have had plenty of other great experiences here at this resort. This unit is very cheaply put together. The cabinets are falling apart. Washer and Dryer are absolute junk. The appliances are not working properly. Mold all in the shower. Bed linens are cheap, mattress is caved in like very badly. Floors and windows were disgusting. Patio was covered in cigarette ashes. Living room rug looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the day it was put down. When I went to book it looked like it was privately managed and then when I book I start getting hit from another booking agency for all their fees. Overall I made the best of it for what it was. I will be back to Long Beach but I will never stay in this room again.

So comfortable

Long Beach is our favorite PCB location! The room was very clean and the furniture was comfy! The layout with the bunks allowed for extra people in the 2 bedroom floor plan. Our only dislike was the washing machine, I couldn't get it to spin well.

Spring Break Getaway!

Property was exactly explained. Spacious for my family of six and the views from the entire space were amazing! Plenty of dolphin sightings. A few wear and tear items can be fixed from ECD, but other than that the property is perfect, we will definitely be back!

Cleanliness an issue

Great stay except for the fact that the condo was not at all clean. Hair in the shower drains, showers nasty, smudges all over the walls. Called the property manager the day we arrived and they said they would be in the next day (Monday). When housekeeping came, they literally said "we really don't clean, we just wipe things down for the next guest". Not good. Property was great and we enjoyed our stay. Really need to inspect for cleanliness before next guest arrives.

Beautiful condo!!

We loved our stay at Long Beach. The condo was beautiful!! Quality of furniture was good, leather sofas were nice! Beds were comfy. Bunk bed has full on bottom and twin on top. Rooms are very spacious. We loved having 2 master rooms with a beautiful view!!! Patio is very spacious with quality furniture. Only a few complaints 2 bar stools need repaired but not because of poor quality just average use. Bathroom vanities drawer slides are not attached so the drawers fall out when you pull on them. I repaired the hall bath and let the owners know about the master. Just need glued. There are 4 bath towels and 1 hand towel in each bathroom but there are washer and dryer in the unit so you can wash them each day if you prefer. Pool is beautiful. Overall we loved our stay and would book again. Unit is on the fourth floor
