Although the staff was extremely nice, this is not the four seasons you’re looking for. It’s a very outdated building. The rooms are pretty nice, but nothing super special. I really didn’t like the cramp bathroom. There is a pool, but it’s on the third level next to a highway. There’s no view from the pool. I’m sure there are rooms that have nice use of the barber but there’s not even a rooftop restaurant with a view of the harbor or Opera House. Even the executive club lounge doesn’t have a view would be at the house.

What a great place to stay in Sydney , location is so close to tram and walkable to train station and everything, very clean and staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is also very good with so much varieties, I would recommend it to anyone and if I come back to Sydney I will stay here again.

I had wonderful stay here

Quite a nice hotel in a really great location. Really lovely staff. The rooms are pretty tiny but if you’re the type of traveler that we are, we only spent time in the room to sleep so it really doesn’t matter. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Probably the best breakfast spread I’ve ever had. Not overly wasteful, a reasonable amount of choices that covers most dietary preferences (vegans should look elsewhere) and everything was absolutely delicious. The location is fab. Walking distance to most things (including the metro!). Very easy to get around. We also loved the 24hr gym. Really helped beat the jet lag. I have never stayed at a Rydges before, but i would definitely consider again, them not only in Aus but anywhere else for my next vaycay.

I had room service for dinner and breakfast, and both were excellent. Room 1125 is amazing, with a view of the Harbour Bridge

We requested some things on check in and it took 3 phone calls before they were delivered to our room. The rooms are a little tired. Room was not soundproof. Beautiful view, but the windows were dirty. We couldn't use the top floor bar as there was a private function booked.
