I was not pleased with the way they handled our room check in . We got there at 3 then we was told our room was not ready , she tried to offer a different room which cost less then when I bought it up she tried to offer me 130. 00 we was way off from what I paid for my original room . Then we had to wait almost 5 hrs to check into our room . By that time we was sleepy and tired. Then we went to the infinity pool on the resort which was 250 pp and it was to include a massage . Well when we got there the massage lady left . Now I don’t want to make it seem if colored mattered but they definitely made us feel like it did being we was the only black people on the resort . So overall would I go back no

Everything was great

Easy and free self-parking was our first favorite perk! We were greeted by super helpful parking staff and were lucky to check in a little early after being told by front desk when I called earlier that they do not offer early check in. The front desk staff was helpful as well- for some reason I was assigned an ADA accessible room when I made my reservation online and the staff was able to accommodate a change for us and put our family in a regular room so someone that actually needs this type of room can take it. Our suite was a good size with two comfortable beds. We had everything we needed if we needed if we wanted to cook a meal in our suite. We had a great area to lounge along with a beautiful view from our balcony. We were told that we would only get our room cleaned once- which is totally okay, however we were pleasantly surprised to have our room serviced a few times during our stay. Breakfast was great for us as the hotel offered a morning buffet with variety. The hotel’s private use beach area was great along with the pools. They could use a few more umbrellas in the pool area for the pool loungers and the use of chairs for the beach should be complimentary like most other hotels- it was $15 a day, per person to use the chairs. Only nuisance was the concierge/sales staff. I had excessive calls/emails trying to set up a time share presentation while we were out trying to enjoy our day. I told the individual that I was at the beach and she continued to call.

Staff is very helpful and full of aloha! Really nice pool and and the beach is just a few steps away. Our room was on the newer section of the property and it was excellent.

Lots of things on property or close by, no need to leave the hotel

Beautiful new clean room with a tiled walk in shower. Very nice pools and pool bar. Excellent location to food and shops in Kīhei and short drive to Wailea. Luxury feel on a tighter budget.
