Note there are several shelters and low income housing across the street; mid afternoon and evening is not a good time to walk around neighbourhood and feel safe. Drive wherever you need even if a few blocks. (Not the hotels fault just the general area). Hotel overall was great as expected from a Holiday Inn.

Great hotel and value!

Great hotel, terrific facilities and room. Breakfasts are the best. Very clean and good staff! Only downside is the area of Ottawa is dirty and homeless.
