I am extremely happy with the staff member who served me and checked me in. It was a painless process, and she was very helpful. I also appreciate the person who helped me get my bags up to the room. Being disabled and having three things to carry while trying to drive a wheelchair Made it almost impossible to do on my own. The gentleman who helped me was amazing.

Stayed for one night to catch a show at the Casino. Rooms was very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the River and Ottawa parliament buildings. Friendly staff, reasonable price, super easy parking at a reasonable rate. Would stay again

It was a lovely room with a great view. It was nice to have a little fridge, big TV, coffee or tea available. Very clean. Comfy beds. Modern bathroom. Well kept furniture. Like a miniature apartment.
