There is a $151.90 charge in my credit card that they are unable to provide me a receipt for. Reached out to front desk and the attendant was trying to tell me it was parking. She clearly had no idea. This was a one night stay. She gave me her manager email, which bounced back as it was not a valid email.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Did not have a positive experience from bed sheets dirty outlets not working as well the tv. Front desk staff rude. Second day they gave us another room. House keeping enter our room with us not there to give us blow dryer. Second room had dirty pillow case. We told their full we couldn't get new pillows. Homeless people walking around the parking lot checking if people cars were open. Not a postive weekend at all. Prices were high this weekend then usual . Would never come back. The handy man who tired to fix the tv was most friendly person their. He help us get our rooms changed at first we told No.

8 days business trip

I usually travel for business, and this stay was part of an 8-day trip for a conference. I booked a suite, which was advertised as the best room available at the hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite multiple requests, the room was only cleaned once during my entire stay. The suite itself was outdated, with visible stains on the walls and floors, and an overall worn-out feel. The lighting in the room was also poor, making it feel dark and uninviting. For a top-tier room, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort.

I have stayed at this property for 6-7 years since my daughter started university. I like its proximity to ByWard Market, ample parking space, Loblaws next door, and reasonable price. I also like the attached Indian restaurant next door. However, the carpet in the hallways felt too worn out. They should be deep-cleaned or even replaced. The room wasn't ready when we arrived for check-in, so we waited 40-45 minutes to get in. When we entered the room, the fan was too noisy. We could not have slept through it, so we asked to be moved to another room. The bathroom in the new room had a putrid smell. Regulating the water temperature was too tricky, and the pressure was unpredictable. Nothing is majorly wrong with this property, but the little inconveniences were annoying. This would be our last stay at this hotel.
