Assylum seeker residence!

I was charged 190$ to stay at a hotel that is clearly housing asylum seekers throughout. This was not the experience I paid for or had planned on! This was not a hotel past the front desk! The place is run down, dirty, kids hanging out in the hallways, personal belonging everywhere and the smell...omg the smell! NOT HAPPY and want my money back!

Sadly this wasn't a hotel but clearly an apartment for migrants. Migrants smoking pot at the entrance, foul smell in the lobby. NO coffee ANYWHERE even in the morning although to be fair they probably had it out BUT no one even mentioned any coffee or breakfast at the facility as is standard practice at all hotels. Again, this isn't a Hotel, it's a migrant apartment.

Some what run down. Icemakers broken. Some individuals without purpose present, Laundry on site in use and working appeared inadequate to the task. TV would not load any service or channel, but not broken. Room appeared clean well kept but that was all.No on site breakfast of any kind. Lots of children.

Room was clean but each day hot water was an issue for getting a shower , also there are alot of families living in the hotel you could tell the staff was annoyed as much as myself and the rest of the guests as the kids have taken over the hotel and treat it as a play ground , i think to improve the quality of stay for everyone these long term live in familys need to control theyre children or find another place to be because for the price we pay for a room for the night we should not have to deal with people creating an unbearable enviroment for the rest of the guests

Being stuck in the area due to a winter storm they allowed us a no hassle early check in right after we had to leave our previous hotel and were able to spend a lovely quiet afternoon here. Great staff ready to assist with questions, needs, etc.
