One night in Whitby

Overall, it was a great stay had a problem with the reservation, but they fixed it right away. The staff was friendly and nice and did their job really good besides that five stars for everything else

Staff stated deposit fee was $250, where expedia website stated $100. Staff claims their website states $250 although it does not anywhere. As well as you shouldn't have to cross reference rules for hotel's but that is not what this hotel staffing states. Just unprofessional..

Simple but nice and clean facility. I felt safe there. Free parking. No pool. Very limited breakfast options. Bedding was soft and comfortable. Toiletrries were limited but higher end. Surrounding area was not the most walkable but there were a number of restaurants within 5 minutes drive. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check in was very good and helpful. The only thing i did not like as there was what looked like long term/ extended stay people that do drugs/ smoke weed and seeing drug dealers going in/out of rooms on the first floor but the place was quiet.

The stay was really good overall. Only downside was that it was a bit noise outside (from the train tracks and the family staying next door). Apart from that it was a lovely stay.

Great Job! Yummy pillows, clean, practical, good tv, quality soap…. Nicer breakfast than other Spark locations (In the USA they have only coffee and Bagels)…. Here they have fruit, Yogurt, cereal, waffles….
