The food was awful. I dont recommened eating here. The amenities was another story. They were amazing i felt like you could bring a family here and not go anywhere else, even though putt put was a fee, as well as towels. Almost everything was a fee. But it doesnt neglect the pools, drinks and service. We did a beer tasting at the resort and ALEXYS was amazing. The staff at the resort was top notch was this girl deserves a raise!!! She was on top of everything, easy to talk to and gave such good recommendations, I'd come back just for her guest services.

They left a bag of garbage on counter!

We had LOVED this place for years and recommended it to everyone. With young kids, the pools/splash pad/slides, the mini golf/other sports and hourly activities make it a great place for family fun. The 2 bedroom villa is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen where we cooked all of our meals. Everything was great again this trip until our third afternoon when housekeeping came. I wasn't expecting them to come (since it's a timeshare property), but we didn't mind them bringing clean towels and making beds, of course. HOWEVER, I look on the bathroom counter and plopped right on top of my toileties is the bag of garbage from the bathroom garbage can! I was horrified. There is no reason to ever put a bag full of garbage on the counter and if they hadn't forgotten it, I wouldn't have even known. I suffer from anxiety/OCD so this traumatized me. I went to the front desk and a manager said things like "This isn't up to our standard" and "It's an opportunity to retrain" and that they would address it with the 3rd party cleaners. They sent a cleaning person with a bottle of all purpose cleaner and some microfiber cloths, saying that they were told "the counters weren't clean" obviously having no clue what the actual problem was. I don't like to complain and didn't push the issue, but felt that I had to leave a review so that future guests could make an informed decision. If you stay, I'd suggest doing the cleaning yourself and putting the Do Not Disturb sign up.
