Convenient location to tourist destinations and transport services. Its old and the corridors are musty and narrow. The rooms are clean ,bed comfortable. No natural light. Reasonable price.

Room was clean and quiet. Great location with tram and train outside and lots of cafes and bars.
My only negative was the fan based air conditioning system. Room was slightly humid for my overnight stay. However, room was adequately supplied with amenities including operational television.
Staff was super. Hotel itself needs full renovation. Carpets too dirty to try cleaning, could save money ripping the carpets out and installing Pergo or other flooring. Both elevators need to be replaced, as one is still out of order in March of 25. $18 breakfast is overpriced with mostly cereal and breads (I would recommend bins to cover and keep bugs and flies away). Location is dicy after hours with trolly station urchins hanging around. During the day is fine. Air conditioning appears central with a speed control. Cooling the room was impossible. Front desk supplied a fan, but that shouldn't be de regur. All rooms should have a mini split and the old AC should be decommissioned.
Didn’t get the room I booked. Aircon settings couldn’t be changed and didn’t work very well.

I have stayed here before and had a large room for 2. But this time it was a poky little room, with a step up to the tiny bathroom. One window was centimeters from a brick wall and other one was onto a light well where you could barely see the sky. The so called air conditioning was like one from a 1960s factory that blew warm air through a vent. Only one lift worked so there were long waits for everyone. The hall ways smelled of dusty carpets and we got the feeling these rooms were rarely used.
Better value a couple of blocks away.

The toilet was leaking water across the floor, shower had no pressure and water went aeound the bath edge and onto the floor, elevator not working was only 1 available. Only 3 towels for 4 people but reception did send more up. Car park is so small.
It was noisy - you could hear the taps from other units and footsteps of others.
The accommodation was average with steps inside the rooms, tiny spaces and a column right beside the bed.
I really liked this hotel due to a number of reasons especially the central location and friendly staff.

The location was excellent.
The hotel looked very tired and in need of a revamp. I had a 4th floor room with two backed out windows as they faced an inner courtyard. The room was a bit smelly and the decor outdated. I had to report a loose floor tile in the shower right where you would stand.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Just the hotel was a tad disappointing.
The staff were friendly. As indicated in other reviews, the hotel is tired and needs a refurbishment. Little things like coffee not being replenished each day or not being able to adjust air conditioning temperature reflected the score. Location was very good for our purposes.
