The staff was quite accommodating and the breakfast was above average. My hotel room smelled really bad and it was suggested it was from the cleaning products used by the staff. Personally, I initially thought it smelled like cat urine.

Very clean quiet hotel. Many dining options nearby. Complimentary shuttle to the airport was great. It took only 5 minutes to get to the airport. I would highly recommend this place.

Our main complaint was that neither the pillows nor the bed were comfortable. We had a very poor nights sleep and then you hear the planes taking off first thing in the morning

If you're flying out of Orlando airport.. it's a great location. Lots of restaurants to choose from .. walking distance.. any thing was our rom was not ready on time ..the room smelled musty.

We spent the night before an early flight. Check-in was easy room was good and they kept my car while I was gone for $15 a day. The shuttle service to and from the airport was phenomenal. Our flight was very early in the morning. our flight home was very late at night and the shuttle was on it
