I had real bad trouble with the internet at the airport, subsequently my email address was blocked so I couldn’t see my booking confirmation email. The young lady(Evaluna) on the desk at the hotel was very helpful and extremely patient with my lack of tech skills. She gave us a ground floor room which was very spacious, well laid out and clean. Evaluna even organised our shuttle back to the airport. Thank you to all who made our short as easy as possible.

As usual the Hampton was spotless, efficient and very welcoming. I book Hamptons because they are basically all the same ... I know what to expect and I get it - The shuttle service at this hotel to / from the Orlando airport was superb.

The property is clean and comfortable. Several restaurants nearby for nice meal options. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond when my colleague needed ER care overnight. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff so nice. We arrived early and were allowed to check in and drop our bags. Had an adult beverage at the lobby bar and watched the football game. Early morning coffee was served and the shuttle was on time with a great driver. And the price was right!!! Nice job!!

I loved the little things in the room. We stayed in a suite for our family of 5 and it was very spacious. I loved that there was a roll of paper towels and a night light in the room. As I mother, I usually pack things like that but I didn’t, and I so appreciated them being in the room already. Also, the breakfast was delicious. I loved that there was fresh chives sprinkled on the eggs.
