Our stay was ruined by a barking/howling dog. The front desk stated that I would have to move to a different room since the owner of the dog refused to move to another room. I reached out to the front desk several times via phone and text. The dog continued to bark and howl while the owner simply talked on her phone and ignored her own dog. This situation has created a horrible, uncomfortable, disturbing experience for both my husband and I.

Ordinarily I stay at a different hotel in Orlando for business but stayed here for the first time. This location was much more convenient for my purposes and is located near the airport and major highways. There were shuttles taking you to the airport if need be. There were numerous dining and shopping options located within a very short walking distance so if in town without a vehicle you don't have to worry about not having a car or taking an Uber anywhere! The hotel felt very safe as there was a security staff member walking the grounds. The property has a 24-hour convenience area for snacks and other items. The rooms were very quiet and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The hotel had a lot of good qualities. First of all, staff answered the phone and assist with shuttle pick up. Shuttle driver was very helpful and polite. Front desk clerk were amazing and their customer service skills were great. Hotel location has everything you need andnit is close to the airport. The property and room was clean and didnt smell moldy like other hotles. This hotel was a good chioice.

Nice and clean, just a bit warm

The room temperature control seemed sporadic and it was hot sleeping, even though we lowered the thermostat to 66 degrees. Due to the ac unit being on one end of the suit, it didnt feel like the air circulated well.
