Please do not recommend this hotel! The only elevator is far away from the front desk which is another corner of the building. Customer has to carry their luggages walking on carpet to the elevator that is very challenging and difficult. Moreover, after got out of the elevator I had to carry my luggages to walk to the other side of building. Please delete the hotel on your list! Return my money!

The staff was not outstanding nor were they horrible. They provided mediocre service. The room was the same. The pillows were all flat and did not provide cushion. There were hand prints on the wall behind the toilet. The elevator was on the opposite end of the lobby. The location was great though. Conveniently located next to great shops.

The room was nice. The guests were extremely loud. The sewage system was backed up and the entire restroom reeked of sewage. According to the front desk person, the entire building had this issue. It was gross. We’re had to keep the bathroom closed so the entire room didn’t stink like poo. One of the 3 times housekeeping was asked to freshen the room, no one came. Honestly I thought it could and would be better for the money I paid. Would NOT book again
