Book Northern New Mexico hotels

There was a lot of noise coming from another room. I called the front desk at 10:30 pm and was told they would check it out. The noise continue and I made three more calls. Finally at 2 am i could hear security knocking on the other room and tell them to be quiet. It shouldn't have taken so many calls and so long to fix this.

Night staff was amazing!!! Monique and Khalil were great!! Very hard working and so nice! Made the stay very welcoming and inviting.

I recently stayed at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe with my children and extended family, and we had a really enjoyable experience overall. The location is a huge plus—being just steps from the Plaza made it easy for all of us, especially with kids, to walk around, explore, and grab food without worrying about transportation. The hotel has a warm Southwestern feel that made it comfortable and welcoming for our whole group. Our rooms were clean, spacious enough for a family stay, and provided a nice place to relax after a full day out. Traveling with kids can sometimes be hectic, but the environment here felt calm and accommodating. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop pool and lounge area. It was a great place for both the kids to enjoy and the adults to unwind, with beautiful views that made it even more special. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made coordinating a larger group much easier. They were patient and accommodating, which we really appreciated. If I had to point out anything, it would be that some parts of the hotel feel a little dated, but it didn’t impact our overall comfort. Overall, this was a great choice for a family trip to Santa Fe. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with kids or a group looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
