This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. It was busier since it was on a weekend. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Only problem this time was more noise . Would stay here again.

Older building, but clean. Great gym, pool, sauna, and hot tub. Breakfast: pan cakes, bagels, yogurt, bars and fruit. Really don’t know about the area, but would stay there again.

Great hotel.

Rooms were clean and well kept. AC and heating units worked great. Beds were comfortable. Had a special group of units for us people with pets so as not to disturb those without pets. Staff was very friendly

A little worn, but a decent value.

Shabbier than the photos look, but a good value for the money. Staff was nice. My biggest grip is the fitness center is poorly maintained; the weight bench is falling apart, and worst of all, they misrepresented the equipment in the photo. It shows a nice cable weights machine, which was not there at all; only a few dumbbells, and the usual cardio.

Not the worst not the best

Hotel in general looks a little room down. First room first night was like sharing a room with other people. No sound barriers, loud party next door called front desk they said they could move me, huge gap under all doors hard to sleep at night from light streaming from hallway. Hot water was not great, refrigerator door wouldn't closr completely. Next room third floor furthest point of property. Better, cleaner but still a huge gap under the door and around the frame. Hard to regulate heat and cold. Internet on and out. Doing work remotely and lost a lot of work due to Internet hoping on and out. Business center down for the count. ATM down for the count. Breakfast was limited.

The pool looked nice but didn't use it. The gym is basic at most. People smoking wacky tabaccy and hanging out in the hallway at 11pm. The refrigerator didn't work. The AC blower had a bad bearing so heard that all night. The pillow were absolute crap. I'm done Expedia as a booking agent.

Two night stay with my wife

Two night stay to visit family. Room was spacious, hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Has indoor pool and jacuzzi. Amenities were satisfactory but no blow dryer or microwave in the room. Has fridges and coffee makers in the rooms. Comfortable beds, good hot water, with fair water pressure. Good hotel for the price. Better than most mid range hotels in Albuquerque. Second time we've stayed here. Recommended for anyone on a budget not wanting to pay 150-200 per night.
