We stayed for 1 night while traveling through. It was a really neat place with great staff. The pool was perfect for our kids. The restaurant on site was average, but very convenient. The beds were comfy and it was mostly clean. The only downsides were that the hotel is a little bit older. They advertise a bar, but it wasn’t open. The interstate is also VERY loud. But it was good enough for one night.

Comfortable rooms with a view

It's clean, cozy rooms with plush bed, and the mountain view was lovely. For food availability or variety that may be offered in the hotel it is minimal. If you do stay here bring snacks, and there are a lot of surrounding restaraunts for lunches or dinners.

This was a very nice experience overall. Good location as we were at the sandia tramway earlier. Very clean room and comfortable beds. We stayed in the "artist" room and had a nice view of the city. What really made it the stay even better was the welcoming and very hospitable front desk agent Rachel, she was so awesome!

The property is beautiful, unique and full of culture. We had trouble operating the water in the shower. Water pressure and water temperature was amazing. Didnt like that the tub would fill up while you're taking a shower. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate. Beautiful views.

The pool was nice but the elevator needs to be updated. There was no hot water and the restaurant was closed. We were on a staycation and didn’t even stay the night since there was not hot water and the beds were springy as in you can hear the springs moved when you turned on the bed

The decor is nice, but the hotel is dated and worn. It needs a major rehab. Floors, stairs, and carpeting is old, doors stick, the lobby restaurant is open only on certain days, and sometimes there is no water in the upstairs rooms.
