Very good

It was horrible! The tub was not cleaned; the bed had hairs from the previous people, and even some black scuff marks from something. Also the carpets had stains all over them. I’ve never been in a hotel so filthy, worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my life thus far. NEVER AGAIN. Previous stay had eyelashes they left there, the smoke detectors were unplugged, just HORRIBLE
Very charming hotel with very distinctive authentic Native American art. Staff are very gracious. Enjoyed the amenity of the hot tub amid a very pleasant indoor/outdoor pool recreation area that included a teepee to explore. Conveniently located off I-25 and reasonably priced.

Disliked: Room comfort
Not comfortable
The hotel is definitely aged, but can tell there has been upgrades, new paint, ect. Very dark in the small lobby area.
I understand they allow pets and thats great but when there is a dog barking ALL NIGHT its a but ridiculous. Also doors slamming at all hours of the night and early morning. Other thing was $20 charge for COMPLIMENTARY items, like huh? Then they are not complimentary. I don't know that I will stay here again.
Nativo is one of the cleanest and well maintained older hotels I've stayed at. However, would not recommend for those with young kids. There is a bar on the 2nd floor that played very loud music until 11:30 PM. Being a "smoke free" hotel the staff needs to better police the use of marijuana inside the hotel. The aroma was strong enough it woke me up during the night.
Our stay was very positive. The staff is amazing. They are nice and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. It's not a big cooperation hotel. It feels homey and they let us have a late check out time. The pool area is half indoor and half outdoor with the hot tub being on the indoor side. I highly recommend. They offer you a drink at check in, also. They have a new Gardunos that just opened and the food was amazing. The server was amazing also. It's a new restaurant so give them grace while they work out the kinks.
Not so good. For it to be the price it was I atleast expected the shower to work and when asked at the front desk all I was told is that I needed to yank which should not be necessary for it being a so called great hotel. Also sink and toilet had very low pressure water.Another thing is that they allow pets in the rooms and there was a dog that was barking nonstop since 5 in the morning until checkout it was still barking and there was no phones in the rooms to call and let front desk know. I surely wont be staying here no more.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Elevator very unsafe, room had a very bad odor of moldy smell. Shower knob was ver difficult to work. Very noisy night.
Beautiful local art within the hotel. Great vibe. Good restaurant with fantastic green chile. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Bed was lumpy. Would come again and stay in one of their "artist rooms". They are very gracious with check in/check out times. Would stay here again.
They charged a $60 deposit per room which i got 2 which was $120 which i thought i get back cause i didnt take their COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS or water n snacks in rooms yet when my deposit hit i only got bk $20 per room an when called they said was cause amenities...LIKE WHAT EXPLAIN..i loved this motel but wont be back any time soon..rooms dont have phones they give u a # on room card to call if have problem or issue with room an answer back at their convenience, room leaks fr siliding room door when raining, sinks backed up..when there fire alarm went off we didnt hear in room or down our hall other guest didnt know if we evacuate or not cause alarm kept going off an on for couple hours..i loved this hotel now its just not worth them taking more $ from me for services i didnt use..
We always stay here when we need a hotel to visit family. Even when we lived in Albuquerque, we would go here for rare date nights. Always clean, always friendly and quiet for the most part.
Photos are deceiving. The place is old, the door had a gap and you could hear the noise from people running in the hallway. Curtains didn’t close properly. Our room was in the second floor very close to the lobby where music was playing.
The mattress was super soft (old) not in a good way.
You need to pay a “resort fee” to cover for the amenities , coffee, water, a broken granola bar, etc. you do get a free beer hehe
