The rooms are very tight and inside is very old and basic, showing its age. The staff are nice and friendly. Service in general is very good. Breakfast is very good. The box AC surprisingly has thermostat control so we were able to set the temperature at our desired level and felt comfortable. Parking is a bit tight.

The front desk was staffed 24hrs with a kind person. The staff called us a few times to ask how different things were. Continental breakfast was plentiful! Parking was fine- not sure if we could or couldn’t park along the business that was in the parking lot area. We had a balcony and the door lock was broken but there was also a bar. I did tell staff, but I was more so coached on how to engage the lock rather than the fact it was broken. Our needs were met and we would stay again!

Great stay for a last min. booking

The hotel was comfortable for a one-night stay before and for last last-minute booking. The rate was great and glad the hotel had airport shuttle for most of the hotels didn't offer that.

Way better than I’d expected, great staff

We hadn’t stayed at a BW in a long time, and this stay absolutely changed my mind on that. Helpful front desk, even called to check on us once we got to the room. The building and room were outdated, but clean which is really all I care about. It does seem to be a pet friendly hotel, which is great for those traveling with fur babies. The pool area is nice and clean, but def needs some furniture updates, all the loungers are on their last legs. There are nice sitting areas outside of the pool and I think a grilling area too. There was a little bit of a funky smell right as you walked in the door to our room, but once you were in it, you were in it and it didn’t smell. There was also an issue with a light in the bathroom, BUT they do have those amazing mirrors that are fantastic for makeup application and that light worked fine! We stayed in the back building, the “executive suites”. I don’t really know what that meant, but it was convenient to the back parking lot. There is a local restaurant in the main parking lot, and two restaurants with in easy walking distance, a Waffle House and I think it was a taco place. Other stuff not far from that. Not sure if we’ll ever be back but I would absolutely stay here again!!

Hotel doesn’t have an elevator so my mobility impaired companion had to struggle up the stairs. Front desk refused to refund my room charge and even though an offer was made to carry our luggage upstairs, the clerk dumped our luggage at the top of the stairs and we had to schlep it down the hallway ourselves. I will make sure I don’t use this hotel again.
