The common areas and lobby/bar/reception area were lovely; the rooms could use some updating. Bathroom were roomy and well appointed but the bedroom area could use some TLC. The size of the room was great but needs some minimal accessories.

No self parking as advertised. No room service as advertised. Free water in room is apparently just for first night. Shower had mold along the caulking. Safe was left locked and had to call security to use safe. Room was still not made up when returned after 5 p.m. one day. Expected a nice 25th Anniversary weekend but was very disappointed.

This hotel was great. The location is good. The staff were outstanding and friendly and always offering help. The minute we pulled into the parking garage there was someone there to help with parking and check in was easy and the concierge was so helpful. The room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and offers many things. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.
