Staff not friendly! Our room had trash behind the furniture. Tv didn’t work, pool didn’t work, ice machines didn’t work, phones didn’t work. We stayed there for 2 days and when asked for towels staff said there where none to come back in one hour.. Odd! When we did another staff member counted them before she would give us new ones.. And said she could only give me what I brought her back.. Very unprofessional. This hotel seems to be struggling but I don’t see how when they clearly have the business!!

We were there for a conference and the room wasn’t ready. Check in was at 4 we arrived at 5:30 and room wasn’t ready until 7:30. No accommodations were made. There was no iron in the room, the TV didn’t work either. Was not a good experience. And we felt like they didn’t care.

I stayed for four nights and was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service. Today’s rental properties often come fully equipped with the same amenities as a home, including washers, dryers, and dishwashers. The key difference that typically sets hotels apart is the expectation of a clean, refreshed space each day. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I requested housekeeping service for my room three separate times, but it was never cleaned. As a result, trash began to pile up and used towels were left sitting, creating an uncomfortable environment. I don’t understand how hotels can fall short in the one area that should be their greatest strength, which is providing guests with a clean, relaxing space to return to.

I asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels delivered. We were out most of the day but after arriving back at 8 pm housekeeping still hadn’t come. They didn’t come until after 9pm and by that time we were ready for bed.

Friendly staff. Easy way parking. Clean and comfortable room.

This place is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. It should be torn down. Filthy. Trash everywhere. Shoddy construction. The shower curtain was disgusting and discolored with filth. The floor has probably not been cleaned in years. If you stay longer than one night, you are locked out of the room until resetting the key in the office. No ice machine. Bedding horrible. Claiming there is Internet is just plain fraud. I had to sit outside in my car to do my work. But, I wasn't comfortable after Twilight, fearing for my safety.
