The Hotel needs to have a make over. Wall paper coming off the walls, carpet has ripes, toilet needs work. Doors get jammed and A/C in rooms doesn't cool very well. Restaurant has wonderful staff but chief needs help with cooking

y'all need to remodel this property bad or sink was stopped up in our room. so dark and dinghy especially in the rooms. solid. Food is terrible. staff is not friendly at all!!! i will never stay here again. sorry we never complain but this place needs help !!!

The people at the check in desk were so friendly and had great recommendations for the area. Our room had a beautiful view of the Red zriver. The casino staff made gambling fun! We never played roulette before and the lady explained it clearly.

Stayed here for 4 nights on business and was treated like a VIP. They were very accommodating on everything and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. While I was there I did enjoy the pool and gym also.

Everything was clean neat. Only is we were late travelers and no food in casino offered. Everything was closed in side had to order out to eat but that’s my only complaint. Great price we had a great view of the river.
