Hope it could been better

This wasnt our first staying at Sam’s this time wasn’t so good .had to call bellsmen for cart, tv wasnt working, faucet was broke .

Very comfortable bed. Very well appointed room and everything was in very good condition. The room was big but the bathroom was huge! In room coffee was good. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and the lady that handled our check in went above and beyond.

Toilet was questionable, for a suite it was nice but not what you really want for a suite, still nice, the customer service made up for the sub-par room but still nice.
