Staff was nice but my room wasnot cleaned well at all still was trash from previous guest on floors and in tub aswell as whole big toe nail in bathroom by sink i was the only one in room whole stayso its not mine. I noticed the second morning and had got sick when i found it and while i was complaining to no benefit they said since im leaving sorry and they charged me a late check out while i was dealing my room floors not being clean aswell as door not shutting properly

The valet was closed on a Saturday, the busiest night of the week for downtown casinos. I have a big truck that doesnt fit in the parking garage and the bell hop wasn't very helpful on accommodations for a solution. And laughed when i said my truck can't fit in the garage. However, the overall stay was nice. The check in was quick and easy and staff was very helpful and super nice. Aside for the bell hop
