You could smell sewage in the room ALL night, made me nauseous all night. When I talked with the front desk, they could've cared less!!! Will NEVER stay there again!!!

Our stay was fine - Sam’s Town is visibly one of the oldest casinos in town. 1. We were sent to the wrong room. We were given keys to a room that had not been touched by housekeeping. The gentleman at the front apologized for the inconvenience. Our room was clean and it was a fine stay. The beds are a bit more firm and there isn’t a lot of water pressure. 2. They have way less food options than any of the other casinos. 3. And their casino is much smaller and has older games. Very few table games as well. But the new FanDuel sports bar is very nice. Over all, it was an okay stay, but the other casinos are a lot nice for your buck.

Property has never been upgraded. Broken coffee maker. Front desk people need a refresher course in manners and courtesy. Will never stay at this property again and I encourage others to follow my lead.

disappointment. The toilet leaked, and the whole room smelled like pee because of it. The TV didn’t work, and everything felt old and neglected. We even found old guacamole in the drawer next to the bed — disgusting. The casino was sad and outdated. The only decent part was the Java Café — good service there, at least. We accidentally left our pillows behind, came back at 5 PM, and were told they hadn’t been found. They likely just tossed them, being lazy. Skip Sam’s Town. Stay at Bally’s next door — cleaner, more updated, and a much better experience all around.

We had no hot water in the shower had to move rooms. The staff was not helpful at all on anything you ask them . We needed a late check the girl that checked us in said she didn’t know I could come back tomorrow and ask morning supervisor. No maid service
