Staff was courteous, the hotel could use some updates. there was no shampoo conditioner or bath wash. Had to go to Walmart for body wash normally where we stay. It has the body wash shampoo and conditioner. It had one trashcan in the bathroom none in the room. The phone didn’t work & the radio/alarm clock did not work. The room was clean. The refrigerator was OK no microwaves in the room. I probably won’t stay here again. The hangover hamburger in the soundstage restaurant downstairs was excellent.

The rooms definitely need to be remodeled. Old and dirty. Housekeeping is horrible. They never cleaned our room and there is no way to contact housekeeping . We did not have a trash can. How’s that even possible? Also almost all the of plugs in the room don’t work. The amenities are awful. I would not recommend staying here.

I was charged twice and I was told that I would get a refund but have not gotten it. You cannot get anyone on the phone. I was told that this has a happens multiple times by the front desk. And that I would be refund but it’s been two weeks and nothing has been refunded. I left several messages , no response

This was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Hotel was a complete disappointment from the very start. We were told there were no clean rooms when we showed up to check in at 5:15 PM (check in is at 4:00 PM). We were in town for a concert, so we had to get ready in our car. When we returned after the show we were given a room that was supposedly cleaned, however there was an odor in the room and dog food on the carpet. We stayed in the room for approximately three hours until I could no longer stand the odor and was completely disgusted and had to remove my family from those circumstances. We drove straight through 5 hours home to all take showers. When I mentioned to the front desk while leaving how deplorable the room was, the clerk casually mentioned that the floor was pet friendly but should have been cleaned better. I do not feel that the room I reserved through hotels.com was the room I was given, and that since I booked through a third party, my family was taken advantage of and stuck in such an awful situation. I DO NOT recommend anyone book this hotel or even accept a complimentary stay here.
