Room was clean but in need of updating. Fixtures did show their age and had spots of corrosion from moisture. Very spacious bathroom with magnifying mirror for makeup/shaving. Halls did need a vacuum. Casino was pretty but it was odd there were no waitresses and had to go downstairs to the only bar in casino for a drink.

The rooms are very worn and need remodeling. Also for two guests there was only one wash cloth and one hand towel, and a partial roll of toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk to ask for these which should be basic expectations in a hotel room.

Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room had NO USB PORTS FOR CHARGING, and had to use the outlets on the desktop (no outlets by bedside nightstands). The safe battery was low, so it didn't work. Didn't have time to schedule maintenance (and be present) while they fixed it. Carpet by the lamp had sunflower seeds on it. No extra pillows on king bed (3 only). FURNITURE NEEDS UPDATING.

Had a wonderful time at Bally’s Shreveport, the rooms and accommodations were beautiful and clean. The Staff at the casino were so nice and friendly. Definitely enjoyed staying there.

This was the worst trip of my life. The hotel only had pet friendly rooms left when we arrived. The rooms smelled like pet urine and my wife sneezed the entire stay due to her allergies. The furniture in the room was dirty, worn and outdated. I would never recommend this hotek to anyone.

There was no duvet cover, just the insert wrapped in two sheets. The person from housekeeping said "I can give you some more sheets. But I don't know what to tell you, we don't got no mo blankets, we not gon' have none till tammra'.
