We had a great stay at Bally's, however we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were lots of large crumbs on the floor and a lot of hair near the shower door. The room also smelled a little stale. In my opinion the casino has too many Buffalo games and not enough variety. There was also no new member bonus/free play like at other casinos. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the A/C was nice and cold. We were in walking distance to other restaurants and Sams Town. The staff was great and we really enjoyed our food at the Sportsman. We will be back for sure.

The accommodations were comfortable and roomy. I wasn't aware we had to request housekeeping when we left for the day and came back that evening to dirty towels and unmade bed. Called housekeeping and they promptly brought new towels and coffee for the morning.

We always enjoy staying here! The only downfall this time were elevators weren't all working and it was crowded so you had long waits. Also, our room reeked of weed when we arrived!

Staff was great. Room was absolutely disgusting. Did not have towels. Refrigerator had something spilled in it and all around it that was not cleaned up. Just to have the room comfortable we had to have the a/c set at 50.

The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. There was a clear indentation in the middle of the bed. The restaurant food within the hotel was limited. The first level has a hotel restaurant with fair prices. However, we experienced slow, yet very friendly service. The food was mediocre diner food. However, there’s an amazing little restaurant across the street called Cassandra’s On The River. The service there was the absolute best. A very friendly place and the food was amazing. The decor of the hotel is very old but that’s the only thing I enjoyed about the hotel other than the free parking. I love the antique style. It felt like stepping back in time, which was quite nice actually. The casino? There’s really not much to talk about. Don’t lose your shirt here, just go gamble somewhere else. The room was clean though and other than not sleeping well, I guess it was a very mediocre experience. I would probably try a different hotel/casino next time I’m in Shreveport. With a little money spent to make some upgrades to carpet, furniture, and beds in the rooms, it could be a great place to stay. (Just loosen those slots a little). lol

Really enjoyed the property nice place to stay convenient. But the phones in the room are awful you're not able to call the front desk at any time for any emergency situations there's no way to communicate with the front desk and I think that is very unsafe. All phones in rooms should be able to call at least the front desk

I came out of town for work. I booked this because it said it was available. I drove all the way over there exhausted and ready to get to my room. After waiting in line at the front desk the receptionist tells me that yes I’m booked but they don’t have any rooms available. I will never use this service again and will also make everyone I know aware of how bad my experience was.

Convenient but not the stay it could be

The hotel definitely needs updating, the bathroom wallpaper is peeling and the floor of the shower was stained and didn’t look clean at all. Biggest issue was the pillows on the king size bed - 3, and only 1 of them could be called a ‘pillow.’ The other 2 were hard and crunchy, not sure what the situation was.
