Falls view room allowed us views all of the day. Original room assignment had occluded falls view. We went back down to registration and had to ask to talk to supervisor, who reassigned us to a room that truly had a view of both falls.

The air conditioning in our room was not working. We informed the receptionist around midnight, and two staff members were sent to our room. They provided us with a fan; however, when we plugged it in, it didn’t work either. As a result, we had to spend the entire night in an uncomfortably warm environment.
