Great room and view but hotel needs a few touch up

We were in room 871. Great view. Large and very clean. Loads of towels and comfy bed. The AC is quite loud but can act like white noise. The location is great. Parking is pricey but we knew that already. Nice rooftop pool and bar. Fireworks view from our room or rooftop every night. The hallways are shabby. Old smelly carpets ,same with the lobby. Needs a renovation but at least the room was great. Front desk staff was not the best. Tired of so many people I guess. The city was jammed. Loads of fun. Oh and the trek from parking to lobby was smelly too.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The facility was beautiful and clean. We loved our room. The view of the falls was amazing. The location was great, close to the falls and clifton hills. Looking forward to doing it again next year!

i had booked a city view room by paying extra for 2 nights via expedia, once i checked in at 8 pm and was given the room key , it was a no view room next to elevators with constant noise i went back to check in for the room i had initially booked, the staff name areeba told me that nothing she could do and no other room was available, when i insisted she said nothing can be done , so i ended up calling expedia to cancel my booking , the lady at expedia understood the situation and asked me to click pictures of the room provided to me as it was not the room from the booking . this whole fiasco took almost 2 hours . once expedia confirmed my cancelation i wanted to leave so i asked areeba one last time to give me a check out confirming that i am leaving at 10 pm now ,only then she went back to manager once she figured out that i had taken pictures and were about to post on the social media then at that time the manager finally came to front desk and said that the refund cant be processed and magically a room had become available with city view with no noise disturbance . it took me 2 hours of bickering to be able to get me a similar room i had booked initially , i ended up staying as we had driven for 9 hours from usa and 10 pm had no more stamina left to argue . the staff there were over selling the hotel and trying to scam guests by charging higher prices for lower priced rooms as rooms with view cost more vs the room without the view . overall the worst ever experience

Great place to stay! Easy walk to a bunch of Niagara Falls adventures. Plus great restaurants to choose from. If you love Casinos one connected to hotel. Plus a ton of things for kids to do at Clifton Hills! We have older kids 16 and up and they enjoyed Clifton Hill as well!
