Long lines at check-in

Long lines to check in due tobust tourist spot. They did not have enough people working so it took a an half hour just to check in. The final bill was larger than the reservation cost for no apparent reason. Hotel itself is clean and great location.

Sister Trip

Booked a falls view room with a beautiful view. Pictures show a balcony but THERE IS NO BALCONY!! There is a door you can open but you cannot stand outside. Hotel room was spacious and roomy enough for our party of 3. Bathroom was spacious with tons of counter space. Parking situation is quite the walk. Self parking is in another building and it is $45/day. There are plenty of places to eat. The hotel houses a Stabucks downstairs and Would definitely book again.

Amazing location

Amazing location just a couple minutes walk to the Falls and Clifton Hill. Helpful, friendly staff. Bedroom large and comfortable, but bathroom and shower very dated, and minimal charging points (plus no modern tech).

I brought my mom for her birthday but we did not enjoy it at all. There was to much noise at night we did not sleep well. The elevators were taking forever, we asked if someone can come help us with our luggages and no one came so we had to take our luggages on our own. We did not enjoy it at all.

The property is in a great location and the view on the falls side is great. Very walkable to most of the attractions. It's on the louder side since it's close to everything so keep that in mind if you like quiet. The room itself wasn't the cleanest that we've ever stayed in, with small things on the floor that didn't get vacuumed up and the sink counter wasn't the most clean. The toilet in our room kept running after flushing, and we had to keep fixing it ourselves even after telling the front desk. We could tell someone came to "fix" it, but didn't. My husband then fixed it the best he could and we let them know again at checkout. The pillows didn't have a lot of support so if you are driving distance, bring your own if you want a firmer pillow. The pool is small and the water was foggy and filled with little kids (you can deduct why it's so foggy, haha). You are paying for the view and location, the room itself, though big - wasn't amazing for the price.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent stay at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel, booked via your platform. This was my third time at the hotel, and I specifically booked a Fallsview room as listed on Expedia. I'm traveling with my children who were especially excited about the view – a key part of our vacation. However, we were given a room with no proper view. You can barely see the falls unless you press your face to the window, and even then, the view is extremely limited. Hotel staff said a room change might be possible on our last day – which doesn’t help. I’m being charged for a Fallsview room but essentially received a standard room. The hotel only offered to waive parking for one night – a minimal gesture considering the premium I paid and the disappointment caused. I request your help in securing a partial refund or compensation, either through the hotel or directly from Expedia. As a loyal customer, I trusted your platform and expected better. I hope you’ll treat this matter seriously and assist in a fair resolution. Best regards, David Yarid

Beautiful Hotel with a fantastic view. Renovated completely, with a great outdoor pool and indoor pool. The main level had everything that you needed and more to keep my son entertained. Located in the center of Niagara. I have been to Niagara many times in various hotels, from expensive to the cheapest, and this is by far the best.

Room they gave us was so far from the elevator and view was the worst Beds were very soft our backs were so sore in the mornings. Staff was pleasant and helpful Wouldn’t go again on a long weekend though
