For a hotel at this price point, it was a little underwhelming. Stayed there with friends, no hot tub, pool is small and kinda cold. Sauna and steam room have to be book a day in advance and you can only use it once a day. Friends said breakfast buffet wasnt very good and was supper expensive. And parking is $45 a night on top of your stay.

Perfect staycation! Booked an overnight for my husband’s birthday and though we live just 15 minutes away on US side, we haven’t been to Clifton Hill in years. The hotel is great, would definitely recommend the valet parking option ($65), and a room overlooking the Falls. Hotel is connected to the casino, rainforest cafe, shopping options, and lots of stuff to do for families. We also took advantage of the holding luggage option so we could spend more time on Clifton Hill on check out day. Check out the go karts! $13/pp and it was a lot of fun.

We were there in the winter. The hotel was connected to many restaurants and another hotel without going outside. The restaurant in the hotel was in a middle floor and had an excellent view of the falls. The food in the restaurant was good

View from our room was excellent and room was clean but very dry. Love the balcony window door that opened . Tub a had foot print in it that needed a scrub. Shower way too s Mall to open glass door and slip in or out for average sized man. At 12:00 midnight you could hear parents with the their little children still up. Slightly annoying considering I paid for an expensive room on 18th upper floor with a separate key entry to get to-room 1875. If you want an adult experience no kids this is not the hotel for you.. junky Hard Rock Cafe near by with 35.00 burgers. The casino is a dump and so is the Fallsview no craps tables at the one by the Sheridan and the other one it’s only electonic. If you like that Vegas feeling of everyone getting in the zone and the excitement of placing chips on the table it’s gone! No buffet at the other casino either. You can pay for very expensive buffet at the Sheridan if you want a 40 pp breakfast. Bottomline Niagara Falls is an over the top expensive experience for garbage entertainment and food for adults . Between hotel and food it was 1000 for one night .. we did have the best seafood lunch at Tide and vine a little drive away .. that was worth the extra dollars. Bottomline I remember Niagara as a fun place to go years ago and will not be back .. it’s truly a dump
