We paid full price for our breakfast that was delivered to our too. Came in cardboard containers. Should be using actual plates!! Especially for the price we paid. They also forgot a few things and food was ice told by the time we got it! We were also charged TWICE for our stay! Nice with Expedia and again with the Sheraton! I will NEVER return

Front desk was exceptional at check in, house keeping was great as well. The two things I was not impressed with was the distance of parking and when I called front desk the following Thursday evening, to inquire about a double charge on my card, the person who I dealt with was not very professional and unfriendly. It’s unfortunate because aside from this particular person our experience was great.

I love it, my family and I had a very good experience in ney years party. The dj was awesome, food and drinks. I love the way the hotel had activities for childres as well. My children had such a good time, they will never forget the experience from this amazing hotel.
