Staff was great, cleaner and Receptionist. Rooms very much need to be updated. Coffee machine looks like it been there since it opened. So definitely mold I didnt touch. Room door wouldn't open so got new room which had an odd smell. Thermastat was not there. Missing. I guess for the price you get what you pay for. Atleast parking and breakfast is free which kinda offsets the costs.

I’m not sure why it was rates as high as it was other than the price is great for the location. They have no elevators so we had to lug luggage up to the 3rd floor. The bed was very uncomfortable and neither of us slept well because of it.

Yes the rooms were not great. We found black ants in the bed. The switch in the bathroom was broken and exposed which was very risky. On top of all this the person at front desk who came next day morning was unreasonably rude and when we requested for a brief extension in checkout of just 30 mins instead of politely declining he was very rude while declining the request which was very disrespectful and felt as if we are unwelcome there. I will never stay here ever nor recommend to any of my friends.

Even during weekdays it’s best if you keep some protein in the breakfast. We observed eggs and sausage were added to the breakfast menu on Weekends. Also during check in we were offered an upgrade which was supposed to be $10 per night for 2 nights. Later I noticed we were charged for $57 additional in total.

I was completely satisfied with my experience. The room was spotless, amenities were sufficient, staff was so friendly, especially diring breakfast. The lady on the floor was so nice and kind.

The hotel was a great location. You get your money’s worth. The free parking and breakfast is a great bonus. This certainly is not a luxurious hotel by any means -but if you’re looking for a good location and quick and easy - this is a great option.

Room was dated but clean. Hot water was nearly instant and plentiful! Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was a great bonus. It's proximity to the Falls and several restaurants makes it's location ideal for the price of the rooms.

Staff were courteous. Pool was great! Breakfast was disappointing, breakfast staff lady was gone - no monitoring . Mostly carbs and was expecting better as we had in the past. No great anymore for gluten intolerance people. 24 hr coffee and tea was nice. Price was fair, but the $30 tourist tax was not great as there is not much to do in Niagara Falls in February, most attractions are closed
