falls quality hotel

The location was perfect for what our trip needed, the hotel can use some upgrading, paint, new carpet, better lighting etc... The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, very good and lots of choices.

Stayed here for a couple nights for work- it was ok , I don’t think my wife would stay here, but I’m not as fussy! It was inexpensive and parking was included which was nice. I believe there are nicer rooms than the one I stayed in, but again I was just there to sleep and didn’t want to spend a lot

Great stay as always. Kid throw up in hot tub and was closed Fri night and water was never emptied! So stayed out whole weekend. Management needs to do better!!

Excellent every time, very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, love having a balcony, right across the street from the casino, only issue this time, the CHAIRS! You can fall through them, they seriously need replaced. We used the desk chair, and the resin chair on the balcony.
King bed comfy, nice fluffy large pillows, spotless.
Jacuzzi tub, slightly outdated, but very clean.

Could have been better with minimal effort

There were practically no TV channels. The TV had no Canadian content. Only a handful of useless cable channels (like 5 pcs). The TV screen small and the picture was flickering were available. The pool was out of service. They said it was under repairs but I think they just didn't want it to be used off-season as I did not see any workers or repair activity. Some room light bulbs were out of order. The included breakfast was OK. This is a indeed a 2 star hotel. Location is good near the Falls.

Older building but clean, stayed in the tower portion. Excellent breakfast area and was open till 11am checkout time. Pool was under construction and not available. conveniently located able to walk easily to OLG stage or casino and restaurants. Only stayed one night, reasonably priced
