Staff was great. View was fantastic. Room was dirty - hairs in the tub, water marks from glasses on the bed side table now wiped off and cleaned. Book the hotel for the spa and it was fully book. Would have been nice to know at the time of booking. Disappointed with no Starbucks available.

Stayed for my 30th birthday, had the view, received the best massage at the spa and had the best breakfast every morning at the buffet. Would 100% stay here again! The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing time being in Niagara Falls for the first time.
