Only one elevator available to service my floor (18). Front desk staff not friendly or accommodating at all. I had issues with multiple charges and credit card pre authorizations that rendered my card useless. So I had to use a different payment method and call my bank to rectify and reconcile charges. While dealing with front desk issues the guy next to me was losing his mind over a very similar issue. So it must be their process that’s the issue. I also didn’t know the rate you book can change when you arrive at the hotel. I thought since I had screen shots of the original rate per night assuming that they would honour that rate. Nope. Basically I was told by hotel front desk and by hotels.com customer “service” that I was out of luck. Rates are subject to change so I had to pay $100 more per night. After checking out they said I couldn’t leave until they did an inventory check and I was told to wait 30 minutes. I’ve never had to do that before. I’m a single business traveller. It’s not like I had a huge party in my room and trashed the place. I’ll never use this app or stay at an Embassy suites ever again. Overall a disappointing experience. The place was decent, clean enough I guess. It could use a refresh as everything about the hotel is tired.

-elevators were sometimes a nightmare - at 10 am room service opened my door - asked for indoor parking and was charged with valet parking -great view -massage chair was nice

The breakfast - stay was horrible. The wait the elevators was absolutely insane. I would never stay here again the receptionist took an additional 205 out of my cc when I was checking in was not even sorry about it.

Nice hotel friendly employees (mostly)...i didn't care that much for the breakfast it's all egg dishes pancakes and sausage and potatoes every single day.. they don't clean the rooms until u check out I really like my room cleaned every day thats why I don't stay at Airbnb..nice pool and Jacuzzi.. location isn't that great u have to pay for a ride to go downhill to the falls or walk about 20mn..I will stay at the casino or Sheraton next time.. overall it's okay..but I won't stay there again.

Mass production, long lines, boring menu, did nor have a can opener, overcharged for suite overlooking Falls, was told $100 per night canadian dollars total, had to pay $70 for parking which i thought was included, they charged $287 US and another $240 US, total rip off!

The hotel is located directly above the funicular so getting to the falls and back is simple. The location is great.

Everything was very good… except breakfast. The eggs, including the omelets, were hotel eggs at their worst. The fact there was only one meat option both days was also a bit surprising.
