Great location next to Table Rock but very long waits for the elevator at peak times. Remote parking works well and at $ 37 day Canadian a real bargain. We really enjoy our stay.

It was a case of the old "bait and switch". I booked a falls view room on the 15th floor , the pictures showed large windows and a beautiful view. When I checked in I was told the room wasn't ready and shown a picture of a very small window. To get a room that was ready and had the windows I wanted I would have to upgrade to the tune of $250 per night. It was our anniversary and my wife was expecting the view I showed her, I was screwed. Very unscrupulous practice bordering on illegal. I was not happy. Other than that it was great.

Very loud music outside of the room with a strong beat, can’t sleep because of it and no hot water in the shower! Very disappointed in this since the room was so expensive! But the steakhouse in the hotel was excellent food!
