Unforgettable experience

We stayed in a Fallsview presidential suite and it was absolutely worth it. The panoramic view of Niagara Falls from the window is breathtaking, day or night, it feels like having a private front-row seat to one of the world’s great wonders. The room itself was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with seating perfectly placed to relax and enjoy the scenery, including a massaging chair. Waking up to the roar and mist of the Falls was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Niagara and want something truly memorable.

Staff was very nice. Parking was confusing, too expensive, we’re Hilton Members and the WI-FI was another issue that was a huge waste of my time plus breakfast was a cluster that had everyone confused. Better options for breakfast and Happy Hour was a huge disappointment. The food and drink we expected changed without notice and very expensive The Tour Info was great and Melinda was very helpful. Walking distance to Table Rock Centre was great! We needed better directions to see the fireworks though. What’s up with the extra tax in Canada. Applebees charged us and other didn’t. What a Rip Off. Room was clean and Bell Service was great.

I found a roach in my room and they told me that they couldn’t offer me any type of discount until they got an exterminator. I had a picture and video. They told me to send the video and pictures to an email they provided.

Beds, linen and pillows are wonderful - very comfortable, soft, generous and sleep-inducing. We ate the best steak we've had in our 6-week Canada visit at the Fridays last night (22 Sept). The view from the room was sensational - 11th floor. Thank you

We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Falls View room-for a fee so the view was amazing. This is a huge hotel and had a free breakfast. HOWEVER the breakfast was inedible. Powdered eggs, greasy sausage, stale donuts. It truly was disgusting.

Room was clean & any requests we had were handled quickly & professionally. Hotel offered many amenities that were accessible at late hours (pool, hot tub, gym etc.) Only complaint was at check in there was some “push” to up-sale a more expensive room claiming it was a last minute cancellation and a great deal. I heard the same speech given to customers each time I was near the front desk during our 4 day stay.
