Parking at this hotel was $70 for indoor parking. That is more expensive than downtown Montreal. There is an option to park half a mile away for 35$! A total rip off and a completely average hotel. We booked a suite and we were disappointed with lack of windows and a bed in the middle of the living room. Go to the Sheraton it is much better in terms of location and amenities.

The cost of Parking is outrageous ecpiefia should have known that the next hotelrsye for parking is from &15/36 a night we got charged $77.plus tax & had to park it ourself !!We believe in economizing But I had to put the plastic bag mys in the garbage bin the wondervoll complimyary breakfast we enjoyed the last 6 years is relocated to the ground floor No we will not use this Hotel again all was good but not the standard we where used from Empassy Suits!! Hedy Schroeder!!

Pool was not clean. You can see all the dirt along the waterline on the tiles, needs to be scrubbed out. Washroom plastic shower curtain at the bottom also very dirty needs to be changed ever so often

As I always going to stay overnight at this property with my family and I was sharing my excitement experience with family and friends but recently because of Victoria Day I stayed there I had very trouble experiencing when I picked up my car in the morning and I saw a dent on my car’s front right door and asking them for help security guard and also wallet team told we are not responsible. specifically two guys Kattlein and Issac they said we are supervisor and their manager didn’t show up and said we can’t help. Obviously there is a lot of parking lot in that area and lower prices but I parked in the Wallet parking lot under trusty of Embassy Suites by Hilton.

Love the stay here at Embassy suites accessible to Niagara falls and attractions. Nice staffs, keep it up.

- Near the niagara falls. - the breakfast is not that good. - the parking is not free.

Good size rooms however staffs were very unprofessional and were not friendly at all to selective pm customers. So I find lot of unconscious bias among front desk staffs which is glaringly evident. They should be trained better. Compared to this stay I always had awesome experience at Marriot and will always choose Marriott over embassy suites
