from the moment we walked in, it was unfavorable. had a funky smell. the rooms and hotel haven't been updated in years or ever maybe. i had concerns of need bugs groom moment one. after our 2nd night there, i noticed 4 "bite marks" on my hand/arm. we immediately left the hotel as i was sure there were bed bugs. i was told no sign of bed bugs by management. stay here at your own risk. im treating our belongings as if there were bed bugs. as I'm not convinced otherwise.

The Comfort Inn is a conveniently located, clean property. It’s great for walking to and from the OLG stage. But it is a little dog-eared and outdated for the money. The TV was poor and the Wifi was slow. The bathroom area needed more towel bars and/or rings or hooks. The included breakfast needed some fresh fruit.

Beds were small but comfortable and clean. Staff really need to improve on customer service. Elevator closed 'out of service' for an hour at chevk out time. Very inconvenient, and it clearly wasnt out of order, the cleaning staff were just using it. We had large heavy coolers and suitcases to haul down the stairs.

I hate writing review is there is a negative, but I feel it’s important to share especially for those that require elevators. Upon arriving we were greeted by a man who my son said reminded him of the rude French man from Gilmore Girls. I failed to notice parking was an additional fee which was another $60 to our 3 night visit. The elevator was heavily used as there was literally 1 for the entire 8 floor building. The first day we went to the breakfast and for the size of the place the space was small and only allowed 20 minute seating, which I understand but for a family of 5 and making sure 3 kids were fed I was not inhaling my food, so I did not pay attention to the time. The first night my son lost his baby molar and the sheets look like the sit of a crime scene. I went to the front desk and informed the staff immediately. They sent a maid to inspect our room to make sure it did not ruin the mattress. The maid came and she was absolutely sweet and very understanding. Apparently, a fellow mom. The maids came and made up the whole room and an only asked for sheets. Honesty, the maids are the reason I even gave this place a 3. Otherwise it would be a 1. The fact that I had to carry my luggage down stairs because checkout is during the same time as breakfast and the vultures literally were cramming from the upper floors was terrible. I have bad knees and I climbed those stairs all week. It would have been nice to have and elevator to carry my luggage down.

The spa and the pool was disgusting,,, so dirty. The bed and the air conditioning was smelling so bad. And for the breakfast we had to wait in a line to be seated.Not happy at all.
