We enjoyed our stay. We were surprised however to find out that parking was $30 per night and we were staying 2 nights. It’s a busy area so it makes sense but we were unaware so that was a surprise upon checking in. The breakfast was okay. A few more options would be beneficial (there was no peanut butter, fruit, or yogurt). The lineup was long and we had a hungry toddler, so we chose to eat at the Buffett across the street the second morning to avoid the long line wait. The staff were excellent and very kind and helpful. Our room was very clean upon check in.

Stayed here a few nights to see Niagara Falls. The location is good. The parking lot is very tight. It shares a parking lot with my cousin Vinny's. And then. have been known to tow people, though we were charged.$20 Canadian per night to park. the pool is decent. The hot tub is large and is actually pretty hot. The. breakfast buffet is just okay. It is a madhouse down there, right before 9:00 o'clock. Everybody cramped in there and they are not enough tables for the breakfast buffet. People end up yelling at each other, fighting for a seat. Those women that work the brekfast service are working very hard to keep up, be nice to themOther than that, the rooms are fairly clean. not very large, but for the price. If you are just looking to take in the site around the area for a couple of days, it will work just fine...

Nice stay. Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast staff work very hard, special thanks to them. Parking fees are high. Would have been nice to get bottled water in the rooms. Coffee maker in the room not effecient, lukewarm coffee. Consider an upgrade to these coffee machines.
