We had 3 rooms. All were spacious, very clean and comfortable. Handicap parking by the front door was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was ok with lots of choices. Lobby and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a nice, reasonable place to stay close to the falls.

The hotel connects expedia website booking system made the wrong dates and time for my trip. I send so many messages conversion to the hotel ask the hotel changed the wrong reservation dates and time 3 weeks ahead but they send the message to me said No Exceptions at the end. So I couldn’t go to the hotel on their wrong dates without any help and served.

Second staying at the hotel. The second time left me feeling like it’s not the place for me to stay. I was in room 515 and there are a few issues which definitely need to change. 1. The toilet is way too low. If I were 4 ft tall Ar a child maybe it would be old but that toilet is one I used to have when I was a child. You need to either indicate that the toilet is non ADA compliant or just state that it is a 14 inch high bowl. It is not meant for average size adults or seniors . Next the other issue was the mattress. Soft teas, but starting to fail as it was also noisy when just sitting on it and waking up with a sore back is not what I enjoy. Also, you should have two types of pillows. Not just large puffy that will strain a persons neck. Next Although the towels were practical, when it comes to showering, a bath towel is Bette than a large hand towel. It’s minor but for your guests I am sure they want to dry their whole body not just their hands And lastly Breakfast although my personal diet is limited to what you serve. I will say that when you post a picture of a breakfast in the elevator, and most of what is in the image is not actually what you serve for the breakfast you are misleading people. No scrambled eggs or bacon? I recommend having the apples, which you do, but please make sure they are washed before putting them out, they are sticky sitting in the basket. Also it would be good if you have bananas and Oranges. And that’s all
