My first time staying at Comfort Hotel, this place offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness and a calm environment are at the forefront. The friendly and attentive staff ensure your stay is pleasant and stress-free. During renovations of the pool lounge, the hotel has made arrangements for guests to access another pool nearby at no additional cost-a thoughtful bonus to enhance your stay. The hotel is affordable and also offers complimentary breakfast and a microwave and fridge in the room suite. I have 2 small children and very thankful for the small features. While parking is available for a reasonable fee, it remains a better deal compared to most hotels in the area.

The air conditioning unit sparked and would not work properly after , Our room was very small but overall clean inside. The back lot wasn’t very clean and had garbage on the ground and around.the area The indoor pool was closed for repair. Overall average stay.

Good staff, decent breakfast, decent location but terrible bedding, extremely uncomfortable pillows and mattress. I had a neck sprain and had to leave a day early because of the poor mattress. Pool was under construction and they did not inform while booking. Arrangement to another pool was made for only 2 out of the 3 days of my stay.

The hotel was in a good location close to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and very modern/updated and comfortable. There were many amenities, such as shampoo and conditioner and lotion, along with a full breakfast included, a gym and a swimming pool. Reasonable rates and reasonable parking rates as well, would definitely stay again. Good for families or couples or groups. Pleased with my choice.

The property was loud , we had sleepless nights due to extremely loud music from neighbours , when checked in asked for quiet floor and was told we got put on quiet floor. Had to call front desk more then 5 times because of huge party in room next to me . This made for an extremely tired Monday. Had no clue about the paid parking or that the pool was closed. With this stay it makes it hard for me to book my next hotels thru Expedia again. When I told the desk she just said oh sorry

When I opened the main door, the room was flooded. The receptionist sent someone to check, followed by another person later. One blamed the rain seeping through the window edges, while the other said it was from the AC. When I requested a room change, they agreed only after some discussion and negotiation. However, they should have offered to change the room without me having to ask.
