The room is very small with a low ceiling. It is a very old hotel, and the bathroom is right by the bed. It doesn’t feel like a standard Comfort Inn but rather a bad Motel 6. The hallway is so narrow. We booked a room with two queen beds; one bed is fine, but the other is caved in. The room is clean, but because of all the things I listed earlier, it just feels very dirty and gross. So we forwent the room and left for a different hotel. It was very cheap, though, at $65, but parking is $21 Canadian. Luckily, the staff refunded us $22, but not the room fee of $65.

My purse spilled and when I bent down to pick up stuff it was filthy under the bed. The pool was very murky so I chose not to use it. Hotel is near a bit of a seedy neighbourhood if you're walking to Clifton Hill or the old casino.

Terrible hotel. Not even a 1 star I sent my parents to this '4' star hotel and it was awful. My mom is disabled there is only 1 handicapped spot the rest are for electric vehicles now because I suppose people with electric cars can't walk? The floor of the shower in the accessible room was like an ice rink, there was no chair in the shower and the sprayer functions did not work, none of this could be related to the front desk because the phone didn't work either. My mom left early to come home and use a shower she won't be likely to fall in. I tried to get them a partial refund because $100 a night for a literal dumpster fire hotel was ridiculous but they basically denied my parents complaint and told us to kick rocks. Do not stay here if you need anything accessible room. And in general it's barebones no art on the walls as little furniture as humanly possible just a crappy hotel.
