Pros: The location of the property is great and very walkable. The property itself is old but well kept and the one bedroom suite we had was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff is great, responsive and very helpful. Cons: The suite we got had 2 large windows which faced a wall and plumbing. We had no outside view and couldn’t even tell if it is day or night. A bit of an issue if you are claustrophobic like one of our travel member was. With everything else good, this still made us want to not be in the room much. Overall nice location, great staff and nice rooms minus sunlight/view.

Construction outside my window starting at 8am. Items missing from my room. Dental flosser from previous guest on floor. Impossibly slow elevators. Would definitely just book the Hilton across the street next time. The bar staff was great though.

This was a great location with friendly and attentive staff. Only big issue was the elevators were terrible. Small and slow. Had to use the stairs or the service elevators most of the time

Perfect stay! 5 stars

Perfect stay! Room was large, especially for NY standards. Bed super comfy, curtains blocked light and room was very quiet. Amenities were awesome and we were able to check in early and store our luggage with no problem at the end. Warwick still has it!

The stay was great, and the staff was professional. The only downside is that the elevators are not spacious and can be quite busy during peak hours. Additionally, my wife's scarf was missing when we returned to the room.

Nice vintage hotel

We stay yearly at the Warwick. It’s in a very convenient location. It’s an older building and just has 3 elevators. We spend a fair amount of time waiting on elevators that are not already jam packed with people. We even took the side stairs which wasn’t super. I also think for safety there should be a requirement to scan your room key yo use the elevator because anyone can go up the elevators and stop at any floor which seems unsafe. The employees are very friendly. We will return again.

The staff was not welcoming or helpful. Finding someone to help was difficult. The hotel bartender was rude when we walked in at 10 pm and instead of hello he said “last call”. We hadn’t sat down. Bar open until 11:30. Ridiculous. 3 elevators and only one really working. Many guests had to use the service elevator. Lastly they charge you $ to hold your bags. We go to NYC a lot. Never had to pay for our hotel to hold bags for two hours. Rip off and attendant wants a tip. Skip and go anywhere else!
