There was no spa and the bar wasn't open. The cleaning lady left trash in the room for three days. The room was like beat up almost the elevator in the middle literally broke and doesn't work and they didn't attempt to fix it. The vibes of the hotel was a little scary.

Keycard front desk not the nicest, no conditioner for days maid said ran out and they took original bottle, no body wash for days just 4 things of shampoo, room phone didn’t work, ac didn’t work had to have that fixed didn’t fix room phone. Elevators all not working takes 20 min to goto my room or down. Thought I booked room with wtc view also guess I didn’t and couldn’t upgrade even if trying to pay. Going to recommend not to stay here

As long as you go into this hotel realizing it's a value hotel, it's a good recommendation. The location is amazing, the people are nice, and generally everything worked (good water pressure, great AC unit), but it is very run down. It's a shame, because you can tell it was built as a very nice hotel, but it has not been well maintained. The photos look nice, but in reality, everything is worn down and tired. The biggest issue was only having one of the elevators was working, which created a bottle neck getting to the rooms.

Couple thoughts: - there were no lights in the room - the elevators were broken the entire trip so everyone in the entire building had to use 1 lift which resulted in anxiety and multiple panic attacks -you can see through the shower to the bedroom so everyone in the room can see you -the air conditioner was broken -the lobby is as if you walked into the bad part of Alice and Wonderlands trip -terrace was closed -we reserved two queens and they were mini full sized beds The only redeeming quality of this place was the cleaning crew. They were incredibly helpful, wonderful to engage with and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. Wish the property manager cared half as much as the on site staff Will not return

Bathroom had mold on the ceilings, only shampoo provided, no microwave or fridge. No ice bucket or glasses. Room service woke us up practically entering the room. Overall better hotels out there, great area though.
