I really wanted to like this hotel, since this was an affordable hotel but If I knew the quality would have been this bad, I would have simply made a reservation at a more expensive hotel.
First and worst, the key card I was given would never work and I was always up and down asking to fix my card. They simply did not care how I was there a various amount of times trying to get my key card fixed. That was the most unpleasant and annoying experience I have ever had in a hotel.
Second, there was visible black mold in the shower, there were wall tiles that were broken and Im sure violate several codes and regulations. I also noticed that was unidentifiable and disgusting stuff on the kitchen sink and the sink was in terrible condition.
Third, but I found it good I guess? I had set up my hotel room to have the "do not disturb" sign on my door because I did not want anyone entering my room when I had my valuables inside. There was no safe, there was no security box where I can assure my belongings would be safe. They did issue me new towels and threw away the garbage, thats nice I guess, I just was so annoyed to see they did not respect the "do not disturb" sign on the door.
Lastly, I paid for a VIP standard room with "city view" along with $15 in hotel credits, but all I got was a room with a view pointing towards a building and when I did go to the lobby to hopefully use these "$15 credits", I was told they didn't exist and just disappointed me.
Great location, bad hotel..
