Our family holiday trip to NYC was truly unforgettable, thanks to LUMA Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with genuine warmth and made our kids feel just as welcome as the adults. Every interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and full of holiday cheer. The location couldn’t be better—right by Times Square and Bryant Park—making it incredibly easy to explore the city with little ones. We walked to shows, holiday attractions, and great restaurants without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Our room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a family. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the floor‑to‑ceiling windows gave us beautiful city views that the kids loved waking up to. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and the small touches—like cozy robes, great lighting, and quality toiletries—made the stay feel extra special. The staff always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. LUMA made our holiday trip feel magical, relaxing, and easy. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in the heart of NYC.

Family of 4 stayed on 21st floor pre-Christmas. Fantastic location, 2 queen beds, sitting area, mini-fridge. Friendly and helpful staff, including daily housekeeping service. Nearby construction resulted in noise even on the 21st floor, but not enough to make us break out the white-noise generator that came with the room. Housekeeping accidentally threw away a small item left on a tissue one day, and after we realized what had happened that evening, they went through the garbage and FOUND the item. KUDOS!!!!

My room hasn’t been cleaned on the last day of my stay. When I checked out the lady at the front desk asked me how was my stay, and when I told her the room hasn’t been cleaned, her comment was “oh, I’m sorry” and she continued to check me out. I’m staying the Luma every two months for 3 nights for the past 5 years and they always provided the best service. This was disappointing.
