Great hotel . Staff friendly and helpful . Room excellent size for New York . Fridge and microwave added bonus so we could have breakfast.
Really good location walkable to many tourist spots . Will definitely stay again
The hotel was in a great location and not overly busy at night . We were able to get to everything we wanted to see . The price of the hotel items are uncalled for . Recommend going to the store down the road as it was extremely well priced . 2 waters for $1.20 . Eat at O’Connolly’s which is in walking distance you won’t be disappointed. It seemed like the outlets didn’t have full electricity as it took forever for our phones to charge. The elevators were loud so I would recommend a room away from them . Parking was super convenient. We would definitely stay again .
Great fron desk service. Derrick was amazing.
The guy who took care of our luggage was very nice and patient. We arrived early and he kept our luggage safe until check in time, even though we were taking things from it all the time lol.
The hotel was is very clean and smells great upon entry. The staff was very nice and hospitable, we arrived early so we dropped our bags and kept it moving. Only complaint was there's only two elevators and the hotel is busy
Selected this hotel and location at the very last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! My only drawback would be the size of the beds and space of the room. However, it wasn't too difficult to deal with for a couple of days. The location was ideal with being a couple of blocks from Times Square and right off of 5th Avenue. Would definitely consider this hotel again!
