Our view from our room wasn’t very pleasant. All we could see was the back of a building, its emergency stairs, and offices with people that could probably see us. We understand that the view isn’t something you are able to change, and we are grateful for your service, but we admit that we were a little disappointed when we opened the drapes in our hotel room in Times Square and only met brick walls. Regardless, we are very grateful for the amazong cleaning staff and reception. Thank you, we hope to come back.

Excellent service provided by staff, especially Sam who helped up get travel/car arrangements with Ashok for our travel to the airport. They went above and beyond to get us to airport on time, took the extra step and we truly appreciate it. Our room was always clean, with coffee pods left and amenities. Front staff and housekeeping always greeted us with smiles. Thank you again for a great stay!

We stayed on the 8th floor during one week and the last three mornings we were woken up at 7am because of the remodeling works on the floor above us. Even though we complained since the first day, no one gave us the option to change rooms. When, after this ordeal, we asked for a 1pm check out (instead of 12pm) they said it was impossible. So I won’t be staying there again.

We stayed for christmas week and had a really comfortable stay. We didn't like the first room and the next morning staff were so helpful and nice about it as our stay was for a few days. They changed our room which really made the rest of our stay so much more pleasant. They were very accomodating, helpful with everything. Room service everyday which was nice and comforting after those long days and walks! Walkable to many places we wanted to visit. I love the proximity to Rockerfeller, times square etc. Bond money got refunded timely. Wifi is great speed. No negative really :) If you are reading this, thank you front staff and housekeeping. Little things make people's holiday pleasant and great memories. Please keep it up.
