walkable distance to the ferry for Statue of Liberty. Walkable distance to small nice restaurants. The sound proof of the room was very poor. Our room was filled with cigarette smell. The elevator was very slow and crowded.

Elevators were a disgrace spent way too much waiting to go up and down to our room. At one stage it was so bad we decided to walk down 20 flights. Sunday nobody came to clean our room. My husband had to go and get some clean towels.

Well for New York City , this is a excellent property, the rooms are clean , and the costumer service is great, the manager was always very helpful as well as the staff , the Italian restaurant connected to the property was ok , not great food could be better , but overall the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating I recommend this property 👌

The tv was purple, no yellow lighting. I took the steps from the 6th floor every time because the elevator was not an option after 10 minutes of waiting multiple times. Friendly staff though and moved the line quick!

One of my FiDi go-to's!

I come to FiDi regularly and this place is always a solid choice! Friendly staff and spotless room, as always. My only beef is the channel guide on the TV is kinda wacked-out (channel list was in the wrong order) so it was tough to find something to watch.

We visited for one evening with my teen daughter and niece to shop and see the City touristy stuff, and it was perfect. The room was CLEAN, like really clean, and it was really quiet. We were on the 41st floor out of 43 with a great view of the Freedom Tower and just blocks from the best bagels in NYC and the Wall Street Bull. The only drawback was the elevator system, which provided only three elevators for a lot of people, so being so high up, we were not able to take the stairs realistically. Also, we brought a car and, not going to lie, it was a pain. The parking was about a 10-15 minute walk, although it says five, and the garage was not the most convenient. It was also $105 for less than 24 hours with validated parking by the hotel. Basically, parking was the worst of the trip... hotel itself was in a great location and I felt safe.
