Visited NYC many times but downtown is kinda cool and away from the hustle & bustle of mid and uptown. Hotel is great and good value for money. The only negative is they need more lifts. It was a nightmare at times to get one but being in floor 41 there were no other options lol

Very well located, would stay there again and would recommend if it wasn’t for the elevators. On our first morning one of the three elevators was out of service. We had to wait to get an available elevator for 40 minutes with two hungry kids. That was not fun and got us behind on our schedule. The next day it was working, we waited about 10 minutes.
