I stay here regularly and love the convenience, cleanliness and staff. The room I had this stay was probably the worst one - no bathroom door, which was really weird especially when you’re sharing a room with friends and the AC was so old. It was loud and still too warm in the room on 65 degrees.

The room was clean and spacious for two people. The staff were great. Helpful with check in and bags, directions etc. I’d stay here in a heartbeat. It was literally one block from grand central station entrance so super easy to move around the city. I also felt pretty safe at night (mom and teenage daughter) walking back from Rockefeller and Grand Central. People out walking around the area after 10:30pm.
