Property was located 500 ft from the subway. Convenient to most points in the city. They provide full breakfast and had congenial desk service. Room was clean, sufficient for two bed and updated. Would definitely book again.

The rooms are pleasant but extremely small. Don’t be misled by the word “suites”—this setup is best suited for a solo traveler. With two people, there’s zero privacy, especially with a sliding barn door on the tiny bathroom. They do make smart use of the limited space, but it’s tight. We had a large suitcase and a carry-on and ended up using the only chair to hold them. We also waited 10 minutes for an elevator, which was frustrating walking wasn’t an option from the 35th floor. That said, the location is excellent, and the staff was great. If you can live with the size and lack of privacy, it’s otherwise a solid stay.

Great location & amenities but the room was small!

It was a good hotel in the heart of NYC with proximity to a subway station, times square, empire state bldg etc. The check-in process was smooth and they provided great room service. The free breakfast had plenty of continental breakfast options. The room was a bit small for a family of 4(2 queen beds) and that's the only issue I found with the hotel/room.

Very clean. Renovated facilities. Quite small but maybe okay for NYC standard. Excellent service provided by staff. Breakfast area could be quite small and crowded in busy season. Hot food quality was just okay(eggs and different types of sausages) but breads, fruits and salad were fresh. Elevator was slow sometimes (stayed on 45th floor) but understandable. Overall, hotel was super clean and staff were wonderful. Will stay again at a better rate. I stayed during the 3rd week of May and the price was fairly high.

Very nice in the Summer, this street is lined with flower stores. Small, but what NYC hotel isn’t? Clean and very nice staff. Close to Nightclubs. Nice stay for quick trip.
