Fire alarm 2.30am. No staff to assist, found our own way to emergency exit and down 15 floors. Was eventually met by staff at the bottom outside. Evidently teething problems with the building. But no acknowledgment in the morning despite 50th birthday celebration.

The car park didn’t accomodate our dual cab Landcruiser. The height requirement was too low and we were forced to park else where and walk with our luggage and baby girl to the hotel at night and pay for additional parking.
