The whole experience was fantastic. Just need to sort out some minor issues with their middle lift having issues reading the swipe card. We really enjoyed our stay here walkable to dining and tours etc. Would come again

I was extremely disappointed with the way my staff member was treated at this hotel. He has severe claustrophobia and kindly requested to use the stairs to Level 1 instead of the elevator. Rather than accommodating his request with understanding, the staff responded dismissively, even laughing at him. Disclosing a legitimate phobia is already a vulnerable experience, and to be met with such a lack of empathy is completely unacceptable. I expect better from a professional hospitality establishment.

We had to wait 20 mins before being able to park in the reception area as it was jammed with taxis and busses that refused to move. Check in was fast enough. But can't say that about the food in the Irish Pub section as we had ask twice when the food would arrive and it took 45 mins in total. For basic fish and chips? Adverts running behind reception suggested $10 Swan pints - but they had none. And parking that was free last time is now $38 / night. Very disappointed compared to last two stays we have had there and now reconsidering options for next trip to Perth.

Maintenance must have been getting done somewhere around the area asa jack hammer was being use! Also the noise in the hall ways was loud as well! But other it was very nice

I stayed on the 11th floor. Bathroom needs to be upgraded, shower wasnt great but ok. Also they charge you not only for room service which you expect but a $5 Tŕay service, which I had no idea what that was for, what do they expect it to be delivered to on , Hands! The bed was comfortable and I slept well, could hear the people in the other room at times. Also the bar shut early around 9pm or 9.30pm and the resturant and bar were closed on Sunday, its a hotel , it should be open for its guest. I was told one night that I could go to the Irish pub which was open but I was on my own and I didnt want to go to a pub. I found this really a bad mark on the hotel. I think that the after hours menu needs to have more snack type food on it. You cant order chips because the fryer gets turned off at 9.00pm should be able to get bread and dips. I don't think I'd stay there again but I'd recommend it. It was clean and staff pleasant.
