Soft Beds and shower was fabulous

Hotel cean and great location. We were picked up for our 2 day tour to hutt lagoon right outside the hotel and can store some luggage for our retun stay at this nice hotel

Fantastic location. Panoramic river view rooms were rather small. Cramped bathroom and room feel for top dollar. Noise from quayside club rather loud even on 14th floor. Problems with kettle in thd room swiftly addressed. Breakfast was substantial and staff friendly. Fantastic infinity pool.

Great hotel, great staff, great location.

Very well presented hotel. Food options were great and staff are super friendly. Only downside is that the staff only advised us upon checkout that the $100 deposit will take 5 to 10 business days to refund, that seems very excessive for a one night stay.
