The location was great, lots of cool restaurants within walking distance. Onsite parking would have been super convenient, however, there are parking complexes fairly close. The buffet breakfast in the hotel was overpriced for what it was and the quality of the food wasn't great. Overall, it was a nice hotel and the room was lovely.

Check-in staff were clueless using their own eftpos machine, believed I was charged twice as per my bank account, staff refused to see it from my point of view even though I showed my bank account stating I was charged twice. I will be taking it further if something is not done to rectify the issue, management will be notified. This soured my stay there and probably will not be using this hotel again.

Great location, clean sheets, bathroom could have used a bit more attention with cleaning and restocking complimentary toiletries. Check in was slow, but able to check in 30 mins early. All staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. No onsite parking, but plenty of secure parking towers in the area. Heating unit was very noisy when turned on/off through the night.

Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. The hotel has no designated parking at all so it can be quite tricky to scout for one. If you driving and park at carpark perth(CPP) overnite pls be mindful that the carpark is not open till 6am on weekdays and 7am on weekends. So if you have an early flight to catch and driving to the airport, you have to pay aud75 for them to open the gantry. Make sure you can get a parking by the roadside parking and its free from 6pm to 8am.
