All the staff were very polite and helpful with any queries. The cottages are comfortable and well maintained. The only criticism I have is the bedside shelf is not of sufficient size to put a CPAP machine on so I had to improvise. Other than this all was good with the stay, continental breakfast was a little lacking for choice( we had stayed 4 nights in a Perth hotel and the continental breakfast had more choice) but ok.

We had such a great experience at the hotel! All staff were lovely, the rooms were set up with everything we needed, the showers and beds were amazing, and the constant access to sparkling water was a very fun bonus. I'll be back!

We paid more than $500 a night. There was no where to pull up to check in. No parking available so we had to park a block away and carry luggage from there. Room was very small and sparsely furnished - nowhere to sit comfortably other than the bed. Noise at night from traffic and music from nearby pubs was very loud. Breakfast was good quality but limited offerings. Limited staff on duty.

Great hotel as far as room, central location and parking. Free complimentary drink was terrible - restaurant made complimentary drink people feel completely unwelcome - went to sit at a table at 5pm and was told they were going to get full so ushered to bar seating where told only white wine available Chardonnay - can’t see why can’t have couple options- left 545 and restaurant still empty - saw this happen to others while waiting - seems complimentary drink patrons of no value which is disappointing at $475 per night
