I don't know how I ended up here. If you want a preview of what typical end of life hospice care could feel like this is the place for you. This building was not built with hoteling in mind. It retains all of its original creature comforts from the dilapidated hospice center it once must have been. The shower retains the original handicap rails with moldy tile floor. Thankfully, everything was decorated a sterile bleach white. Noisy cars ripping by all night long which would not have been an issue for the originally intended residents Also lacks central heating and the units shake the wooden shutters all night long. I would not advise this hotel but you do you.

The hotel property is exceptionally well-maintained. The accommodations are both clean and spacious, contributing to a highly comfortable stay. Our interactions with the hotel staff were consistently professional and helpful, addressing any needs we had. Guests are provided with complimentary coffee and a continental breakfast. Furthermore, the swimming pool is heated for guest comfort. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and its array of amenities. I anticipate returning to this establishment on my next visit to Naples. This hotel comes highly recommended.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working, the room was incredibly hot. Because of my job, I arrived late at night to check in, and there was no one who could do anything about it. I don't understand how they can leave a room with a broken air conditioner. When I entered the room, the air conditioning was already on, but it wasn't cooling, which means they could have detected this problem beforehand.
