Bad experience

We couldn't believe there were so many spiders outside our door and on the balcony in the evening. I'm extremely afraid of spiders so we had to go and get spray just to get in the front door They're were so many on our balcony we couldn't step out to even try to spray. I most likely won't stay again which is sad because we love sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and outdoors. I was also told we could use a visa gift card for part of the payment at check out. We had to leave early to catch a flight, I was told we couldn’t use it because it was before 4:00am and it would mess up the accounting for the day.

Every room has a lake view but we were charged $10 for parking. The beds at this hotel were wonderful! So comfy and pillows were wonderful as well. Lovely view of the lake. Breakfast was serviceable with hard boiled eggs, waffles, toast, cereal, muffins and fresh fruit salad. Room was very clean and I really liked an actual Kuerig for coffee instead of those tiny 3 oz coffee pods. Real glass glasses and coffee cups were nice too. There was some sort of stain on the carpet was my only complaint.

It was nice and peaceful to be on the lake. And we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The included breakfast was pretty good. They charge extra for parking and the kayaks though.

A beautiful location on long lake with a balcony view of the lake. Property was clean and grounds nicely maintained. Really enjoyed our stay here. Just off main highway so great location.
