Good place with good location in SMX area. Nice staffs, spacious and cold rooms. Not new but generally clean.

The check in was stressful as the hotel had cantour reservations. It took some time to sort it out which was quite stressful. However the assistant manager Edwin Manchua was very gracious and helpful. The constant smell of cigarette smoke was a bit nauseating and really affected our stay. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as well.

This has become my new go-to hotel. The rooms are consistently clean, spacious, and comfortable. Its location is also a huge plus — conveniently close to the mall, making it perfect for shopping and dining.

Breakfast buffet was very sub standard, the setting is nice, but the food is very catered to the local, foreigner find it hard to eat, more variety is needed. The facility does not offer small hand towel in bathroom which was very unusual. Outdoor pool way too many people, need to offer other activities such as Karaoke or something because they have the rooms to do so. Tv needs to be updated to Smart TV, too old and outdated, nothing to watch on local channels. Bed was hard like rock no queen more like full size. In room dinning was in consistent, same item order two different night, one night it was very good and second night too salty and lacking content, seem like different cook.

Amazing experience, wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Staff that checked me is helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bad experience when I’m checking out . There’s a dentist convention at that time and we are all leaving the same day . I called the front desk in the morning several times to ask for help with my luggage , no one pick up’s the call and when they finally pick up , I waited for them to come up and help me with my luggage. No one came . So I help myself with my luggage’s since my niece is been waiting .
