Luxurious hotel. Shuttle to and from airport was handy. Cant really walk to Mall of Asia although its only 1 mile. Didnt feel safe so I took a Grab. Lovely gym. Attendant Nico and another young man and woman, were soo nice and always made sure that gym was well mantained and that people had proper shoes and clothes on. Room service is 24/7. Rooms a wee bit small but perfect for a single traveler or two people without alot of luggage. Pool was nice and well maintained. I loved this hotel!

Overall, a great stay. The hotel was clean. Excellent security team. The only issue I had to report was a bad safe where mine stopped working. It turns out it was a bad battery, but there was also an issue with it becoming stuck. The second was the connection between both rooms. The doors only open a certain amount. This made it awkward if we had to walk to the front door or the restroom. That said, nice luxury style hotel, amazing staff, decent pool (could use handrails for handicap as the tiles are slightly slippery)

Very nice building, seems very new, great room (I stayed in the Executive Suite on 2 different trips), great staff. Overall great place, great breakfast buffet, amazing staff, great value. Maybe not the best location, close walk to Okada, a little to far to walk to MOA (about 20-25 minute walk), but only a 5 minute Grab ride, so not terrible. Safe location, walked around a bunch at all times of day and night, never felt unsafe. Overall 5 stars, I'll be back!

They need to fire the entire cleaning staff at this property. They left the same fork and knife we used to eat sitting in the room for three days, even after “cleaning.” My wife’s hair was still in the exact same spots. We spilled a soda in the morning, and when we came back late at night, the spill was still there

I had a great stay overall! The staff were exceptional – friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made a big difference in my experience. The food was very good, with a nice variety and quality that exceeded expectations. My room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the free shuttle service, which was convenient and punctual. The only downside was that the lobby felt uncomfortably warm, which made waiting there a bit unpleasant and the room temperature cannot be lowered. Hopefully, that can be improved. Still, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it for the excellent service and value.
