The staff at check in , check out and Restaurant greeters, servers, housekeepers were fabulous. Rooms were always clean and if we need anything they brought it to us. All the Staff was always greeting and asking us if we need anything. But most of all our concierge Jude Lacao-cao made sure we had an excellent stay at the hotel during our visit in January and February. Jude is the reason why we booked again at this hotel. He helped us with our , shuttles, sightseeing, our computer problems etc.. Concierge Mark and Sen were very helpful too!

We stayed only for a night but we found the hotel very nice. Price we paid was cheap compared to the amenities. The only mistake we made was not to include breakfast. Breakfast was very expensive.

Their dry sauna is great. Sauna enhances your immune system. Their steam room is moldy. They should disinfect if completely. They say they do airport pickup. It didn’t work for me the 2 times that I was there. Fortunately it only costs less than $5 to get a Grab.
