No iron in the room and no hotel info in the room. If you had a question with regards to laundry, facilities, breakfast times, courtesy transfer to airport etc - you had to constantly ask at the front desk which quite often had queues. Over the weekend they are incredibly busy and the numbers within the hotel seem to triple. This meant we had to wait in a long line for a table at breakfast and then they had "run out" of some items like bacon and pancakes. Couldn't fault staff - they were always super helpful and polite and very professional at all times. The music in the pool area is very loud. Would be nicer to have it at a level where it is just background noise and not so loud. Not sure if it was the level we were on, but we had the constant smell of fresh paint in the corridor and in our room. Pillows are too big and hard. They gave me a sore neck and headache. Seems like a small thing but when you stay for 4 nights, it becomes an issue. Overall our stay was pleasant enough. Good location to walk to shops and Okada hotel for extra restaurants.

Stayed here prior to flying back to the United States. It is definitely a place to come back to. Breakfast buffet was great! It was so close to okada which makes it convenient for dining

Very nice and friendly staff. Good meal choice for breakfast. Are around property is growing. I did not like the pushy condo sales people in the lobby detaining me every time I walked by. The carpet in my room was dirty. There was a mildew odor on the 9th floor in the air or in the carpet. I like that there was secure entrance and that the hotel accommodated me with a delivery to my room.

Amazing stay!

Excellent service, the best and most helpful staff. Helped us in getting flight tickets printed without hesitation and accommodated to our flight time by extending checkout time by an hour without charge. Cleaning staff are very nice and responsive to our calls. Hotel is spotless, so clean! Would definitely stay again

The hotel is beautiful and so is the surrounding area. It’s just a little over a mile away from the Mall of Asia and just a little walk to Okada Manila. I would have given it a 5 if there was more than half a roll of tissue paper in the bathroom for 2 people . The internet is a little slow. And what’s the point of extending your hours of stay if you have to come down to check in again? Also , no ice machine or microwave . But there’s a water heater which makes it convenient if you want coffee tea or cup noodles.

Room was tiny no view, bed small hard and lumpy. AC is good and breakfast while second rate compared to The Manila Hotel breakfast buffet was not that bad. Place is clean and staff are professional. One good point they have a free airport shuttle. However those beds are not comfortable. And room was so tiny room service could barely set up our order.

Room was a little cramped, although very clean. Good location close to airport. We stayed in June 2025 and it didn’t appear to have an actual spa with massage services. Rather, they had a massage therapist come to our room. I would have much rather preferred an actual spa. Nice lobby.

Desperately trying to be a 5 star and barely making 2 in my opinion. Rate was significantly reduced. Luckily as if I had paid what it said it was I would have asked for a refund. Staff harrass you everytime you walk in like sales people or something despite me telling them every single time I’m not interested they do it time and time again. Unorganised. I was fast asleep and the door bell rang 3 times time after time I open it and it’s the supervisor of house keeping wanting to know if my room was cleaned??!! Why on earth don’t they know this! It was and I was jet lagged and tired, very disgruntled that this was so important to wake me up. Similarly 20 minutes before checkout time continuous ringing of the phone. I answered to be told check out is soon! I already know!! Lastly the corridors stink of mold, they have one dehumidifier for the 100m of length which clearly don’t cut it. Terrible hotel and highly do not recommend ever staying here. It’s not close to nothing and it certainly is no where near a 5 star hotel.
