We booked the hotel because of their free airport shuttle. But soon found out that if you arrive after 4pm, you'll have to wait until 7pm for their next scheduled shuttle (and last for the day). Also, their earliest shuttle in the morning is at 7am. If you have international flights at 9am, you're better getting a Grab service. Unfortunately, we were unable to use their shuttle services.
