Always my favourite property

Have always loved Lanson. Stayed long term on their other properties around the world and stayed at the service apartments the last round in MoA. Always great balance between comfort, quality and value. This time round at the hotel, facilities was good but no where close to the apartments. Had a toilet with disability support but means I don't even have any space to place my toiletries. Otherwise all is good. One really bad experience this time was that they were so busy no one answered the house phone all the time. it will ring non stop to both operator and bell hop and reception and no one would pick up. I had to leave the bags in the room to go check out as I couldn't get help with luggages as a result. Might be due to manpower shortage, but really need to avoid this in the future.

The hotel was very nice the staff are very accommodating specially Jasmine thank you so much, The only thing that I don't like when it comes to breakfast, for me I think they need to separate the line for walk in costumers and they need to prioritize the people who checked in to their hotel, and I already said that to jasmine because what happened is the walk in customers were accommodated first before us, I hope when I come back this minor concerns have already been fixed, but overall this hotel is superb and very well recommended

It’s a great hotel, great location , nice and comfortable beds, pillows are nice and soft. Everything was very good except for the water in the shower . The hot and cold water were alternating every 2-3 seconds while having showers, and that’s during our 4 nights stay.

Excellent hotel and staff in Pasay

Excellent location with Mall of Asia and the waterfront just within short walking distance. With Mall of Asia so near, there's plenty of places for food, drinks and shopping. They've a really good gym too that never gets too busy. Great views from the rooftop and our room too. Speaking of the rooms, the AC was potent and really helped us get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was outstanding and buffet style with both Western, Filipino and Chinese choices. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great staff.

The entire staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the restaurant and bar staff were very friendly. Pool area was very clean and convienient as well as the gym! Rooms were amazing and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The mall is close by and there is a row of great restaurants and entertainment.
