Book Myddle hotels

We stayed just one night. The price was cheap so we didn't expect much. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the toilet on arrival but they quickly changed our room. There was a noise which I couldn't work out what it was an when trying to sleep did disturb an bit but I eventually dropped off. Breakfast was lovely everything you couldn't possibly want. In the evening we sat in the bar and watched the football on a huge screen. The bar was cheap and didn't charge stupid prices which again was great. Some bar snacks but they were not so great. Overall a good nite away in lovely well maintained grounds. Would I stay again.. yes if I needed to be around that neck of the woods again.

friendly staff , great food and bar, room clean and comfy close to all shops bars

It is a wonderful historic building, but very run down . Some parts, eg the listed ballroom is closed needing roof repairs. Threadbare carpets, although bedding and towels changed each day there was poor bathroom supplies. I believe it is for sale. So fingers crossed because it’s in a good position with a car park. No resturant, or bar snacks. There is an excellent Spanish tapas restaurant round the corner.m and Peaberry a few yards down the street great for breakfast.

Shower awful. Too hot or too cold and a dribble. Avoid room 301. The door outside opens all night and sounds like someone is coming into your room. Otherwise, fine.
